Vi var så nöjda. Perfekt läge, stort rum, fantastisk utsikt och mycket bra pool område. Gymmet var lite slitet men hade ändå det mesta och var rymligt. Mycket bra service! Särskilt tack till Gustavo som hjälpte oss att hyra bil. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Everything was great except one thing. The pool and hot tub hours are absolutely ridiculous. 10am to 6pm.

Price is great and parking is included with your stay. The area is beautiful and close to many different places. Our room was clean and comfortable, only weird thing was that our room shared a balcony with the room next to us, separated by a plastic tarp!

The air conditioning vents were dirty. The rack in the shower was rusty and needed to be replaced. The maids were supposed to come every day and only came One time in a 5 day stay. It just needs small things done to make a major difference

ac and heater broken phones in room
were not operating when called front desk from cell phone no anwser … not a pleasant stay at all … and issues with the buildings elevator which made the wait to go up amd down extremely long

The room was excellent and clean! The actual property not so much. The elevators were broke unfortunately again and the property itself really needs an update. But the private oasis room was beautiful and clean. The property manger was extremely helpful

We stay at the Arya every time we are in Coconut Grove. The views from our balcony have never disappointed. Depending on what side of the hotel, you can watch the sunrise on the bay or take in all the activity in the park or on the street below, and from some suites you get a view of all three. We love the area and love being able to walk to restaurants, shopping, the park, and even the movie theater. There always seems to be some kind of event going on every time we are there, which is an extra treat. We've watched fireworks from our balcony and took in a free street concert by the Miami Symphony Orchestra. We experience something new every time. I highly recommend the Arya if you are going to stay in Coconut Grove. Oh, and don't leave without at least touring and walking the grounds of the Barnacle.

Upon my arrival at 12:45pm , I was advised that my room was being cleaned and that it will be available shortly. A hour later, I was told that my room was still being cleaned. An hours after that, I was told that my room was still being cleaned. 45 minutes after that, my spouse asked about the room and made a fuss over, it wasn’t until then that I was told that check in wasn’t until 4pm! If that was the case, why didn’t you tell me that from the start?! During our stay, the restaurant was closed and under construction. Also the parking here is a nightmare!

The staff at private oasis at Arya are excellent. They are very friendly, efficient and professional. We ordered taxi to the airport, the staff arranged it on time and called us 20 minutes before departure. The view is amazing, we saw sailing races and beautiful sunset and sunrise. My wife was very sick due to food poisoning and the staff arranged a quick check in so she can rest. We will be back next time we are in coconut grove.
