Parking de 20 usd la noche!! Hoteles de la zona se aparca gratis!
Solo limpian tu habitación cada 7mo día y si te quedas 3 si no lo pides el día anterior no te estiran la cama solo retiran la basura y reponen toallas. Esto después de la pandemia es inconcebible y ahora p q no reclames dicen q es política del hotel!!! Contratan muchas menos personas de limpieza y eso no hace q el servicio q no brindan abarate la tarifa, porq dicen q es complimentary!!! Uno se tiene q estirar su propia cama como en casa!

Das Zimmer hatte einen seltsamen Gestank, die Bettwäsche war fleckig, das Bett war klein, die Couch war ebenfalls fleckig, es gab noch offene Wasserflaschen in unserem Zimmer und der Toilettensitz war kaputt, so dass die Abdeckung beim Hinsetzen auf dem Bett lag zurück. Ich behielt meine Hose und mein Sweatshirt an, während ich schlief, weil ich mich ekelte. Zum Glück blieben wir nur eine Nacht. Auch die Lobby war sehr heruntergekommen. Der Empfang war allerdings sehr freundlich.

Arrived late and was given a room with two double beds instead of the king we had reserved months in advance. We had even called the hotel and told them that we would be arriving later (11 pm). Then when we finally get to our room, there was a party in the room next door.

They charge $20.00 per day to park your car and you don't know about it until you get a copy of your bill I stayed three weeks prier and there was no fee for parking ?

Very disappointed. The carpet and chairs in the lobby were dirty and the floor could have used some sweeping The chair in the room had a funny smell. Just a room to sleep and move on.

Called front desk to get help to setup sofa bed and was advised that has to done by self. Then, we requested for extra sheet, pillow and comforter and was told us to go down to front desk and they can only provide sheet. Never had such a bad experience from any hotel stay.
