Wir haben 3 Nächte geblieben, um Venedig zu besuchen. Das Personal ist wunderbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns ein Frühstück für den Flughafen ohne uns selbst zu fragen gemacht. Dieser Ort ist unglaublich gut wert, Unser Zimmer war groß und hatte ein Kingsize-Bett. Das Badezimmer hatte eine wirklich mächtige Dusche. Alles war spotless, wir hatten Handtücher verändert und das Zimmer serviert täglich. Es gibt ein brillantes Restaurant rund um die Ecke der Dante Street, gute Qualität und nicht teuer. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel für Venedig, der Bus ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß und ist sehr regelmäßig. Der Bahnhof ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Sie können einen Shuttlebus vom Flughafen für ca. 8€ erhalten und nur 1 Straße zu Fuß zum Hotel. Das Frühstück war ok, Croissants, schöne frische Brotrolls, Yoghurt, Saft, Getreide. reicht für ein schnelles Frühstück vor einem frühen Start in Venedig. (Bekommen Sie dort so früh wie möglich, um die Menschen zu schlagen und sehen, die massive Operation, die Stadt in Aktion zu bringen) Das Wifi im Hotel war großartig. Es gab ein Fernseher mit nur italienischen Kanälen, aber es hatte auch Musikkanäle. Dieses Hotel ist so ein Verkaufsgeschäft. Genießen Sie es!

Die Zimmer sind recht klein. Sauberkeit ist auch gut. Die Lage ist perfekt für Besichtigungen in Venedig. Allerdings ähnelt die Decke einer Armeedecke. Auch wenn die meisten Mitarbeiter freundlich waren, waren einige Mitarbeiter sehr nervig wegen des gewünschten Service und verursachten Unannehmlichkeiten. Meine Anfrage war sehr einfach. Das Frühstück ist im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels nichts Besonderes. Besonders schade ist, dass es kein Rührei gibt.

When we arrived we realised that all the previous reviews were correct. The area is not safe at all and there are men hanging around on the corner of the hotel for hours on end. I know this isn’t the hotels fault, however, there’s no extra security in place and hotel reception staff aren’t 24/7. On the 3rd night, due to there not being aircon, we had to leave the window open (these windows open 2 different ways - like a normal window or a safety way where only the top opens towards the room). At 3.30am we were woken up to an intruder who was trying to break into our room through trying to open the window from the outside by using a metal screwdriver to open it. We had to shout, scream and push the door shut and as two ladies in a room we couldn’t get back to sleep. There was no phone in the room to contact reception, which wouldn’t have mattered anyway as there was no one around. It was horrible & when we tried to tell the lady at reception the next day, she didn’t do anything, just said she’d check the cameras like she didn’t believe us. We were in such a hurry to leave the hotel. We were in a room separate from the main hotel, down the road, which looked like old council flats. The room itself is very basic. Nothing in the mini fridge, our window was broken on the first day and we had to wait 30 minutes for a handy man to come and fix it. We only got one pillow and even though we asked for another one, we never got it. The beds were really hard and our bedding wasn’t changed, just made everyday. The shower was exceptionally small but it was powerful. you can hear every single thing that happens in the rooms next door. We were woken up by people showering in different rooms at 6am. The breakfast is very dissatisfying. There are two sittings - on our first day the breakfast lady refused us entry as our names hadn’t been put on the sheet where you have to say which sitting - an error by the reception staff as we had booked the night before. The breakfast itself had all ran out by the time we were able to sit down. 1 bit of cheese left and no fruit. Very basic so we decided to get breakfast out the next day. As there are no reception staff, we couldn’t check out before 8am, however we had to be at the airport for 8.30 so we went to reception to hand the key back in. The lady was very rude and told us we should’ve checked out last night? How would we have got into our room? she also was rude and told us that we should’ve booked our taxi the night before too (even though the previous staff who were very helpful said come to reception in the morning. We left feeling very unsafe and worried that we hadn’t been able to check out. We were hoping to speak to the manager but the woman just walked away. It’s such a shame as the younger staff were really helpful and friendly at the start. But it’s not safe - I wouldn’t feel safe on my own and I didn’t feel safe with two of us. It is close to the train station, but you don’t feel safe walking there

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer idealen Lage, direkt im Herzen der Stadt. Zugang zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, wie Busse und Trams, ist nur wenige 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hotel entfernt. Der Flughafen Marco Polo ist innerhalb von 15 Minuten über den öffentlichen Verkehr, wie die alte Stadt Venedig, leicht zugänglich. Mit häufigen Verkehrsoptionen ist dies eine tolle Lage. Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas altmodisch, aber für diejenigen, die sich vor dem Tag ausruhen und Frühstück genießen möchten, sind sie noch bequem. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und Lorenzo, vor allem, war besonders hilfreich und untergebracht. Er ging die zusätzlichen Meile, um sicherzustellen, dass mein Aufenthalt bequem war, auch ein spezielles Frühstück für mich während Ramadan. Insgesamt war der Preis für das Hotel mehr als vernünftig.

Als wir gingen, wurde das gebuchte Hotel gerade renoviert, so dass es direkt nebenan eingerichtet wurde. Das Hotel ist auch ein Vier-Sterne-Hotel, das anscheinend ein Starthotel ist. Sie sind alle im Besitz derselben Firma ... aber das Frühstück ist nicht so gut wie beschrieben ... nur Normales kontinentales Frühstück ... nicht viel Auswahl für Joghurtliebhaber ... vielleicht weil es nicht dasselbe Hotel ist? ? ? Der Raum ist sehr groß und warm, es gibt einen großen Heizkörper in der Toilette und nur eine zentrale Klimaanlage im Raum ... so dass die Kleidung nur in der Toilette aufgehängt werden kann hhhh
