No window ( one small inside the hotel )
In the room smell disgusting - cheap cleaning detergent - I can’t breath. Shower is so uncomfortable . On the bed was many hairs . On the chair was a bottle - was from previous stay- they even didn’t notice and don’t clean, horrible . Service is slow and rude . Unbelievable this disaster has good feedbacks - I believe they cheat with feedbacks or pay to booking& gogle

Et nybygget hotel med dejlige værelser. Komfortabel seng med en rigtig dyne og blødt sengetøj. Tv med Netflix, minikøleskab og god bruser med både varmt vand og nogenlunde vandtryk (for Mexico).
Beliggenheden er god tæt på gode restauranter, og det tager ca. 10 min at gå ind til Grand Plaza.
Hotellet er lidt lydt, og vores første værelse (402) var lige under ventilationsanlægget for hele hotellet, så det brummede og larmede så vi stort set ikke kunne være på værelset. Vi fik dog et andet værelse uden problemer - stadig med lidt støj fra gaden og gangen, men ikke noget vi ikke kunne sove fra :)

The hotel had no water for a day and a half - this included not being able to flush the toilet or take a shower. 😑 Not acceptable! We will not be returning.

I really enjoyed this hotel. My husband and I needed a place to stay last minute and we were able to stay here for the night. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are super nice and the hotel is close to many restaurants. The only thing we had trouble with when we arrived is that the toilet wouldn’t flush and the water leaked out of the shower. For the toilet one of the staff members came and fixed it for us and after that we had no problems with flushing. Other than those two things this hotel was perfect!

Amazing friendly staff! Super attentive and offered great recommendations for places to eat and drink. Room was super clean and spacious. Beds were a little bit hard though. Parking is limited and a block away but there were still spaces when we arrived and we didn’t mind the walking distance. Location is also perfect! We will be back!

Large and spacious room. The parking facility is very inconvenient since it is off property and you need each time to ask a staff mem ber to come unlock the gate. No access without the staff.
