Waren 4 Nächte in diesem sehr gastfreundlichen, herzlichen, zuvorkommenden, sauberen Riad. Das Frühstück war wunderbar, wirklich eine frische Vielfalt und Genuss. Hotelmanager und Angestellte ( besonders R. vom Service) immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind natürlich sehr klein, aber für ein mitten in der alten Medina gelegenes Riad wahrscheinlich so üblich. Wir möchten uns bedanken und empfehlen es gerne weiter. F. u S. Februar 2023

Klein, aber fein. In einer authentischen, lebendigen Ecke der Medina, typisch versteckt in einer winzigen Gasse gelegen, etwa zehn Fußminuten zum Fna El Djemma. Hübsche Cafés, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Souks sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, aber hübsch eingerichtet, ihr Komfort ist ausreichend. Es gibt eine schöne Dachterrasse für das Frühstück, dazu Sonnenliegen und ein kleines Spa, eine Galerie als Salon und einen schön gestalteten Innenhof mit kleinen Wasserbecken. Wir haben uns immer sicher gefühlt, wenngleich es sich empfiehlt, zumindest in der Dunkelheit den Fahrdienst des Riads zu nutzen. Mitarbeiter des Riad begleiten den Gast dann vom und zum Auto, das etwa 100 Meter entfernt parken kann. Dieses Riad besticht vor allem durch die außergewöhnliche Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft seiner Mitarbeiter – vom liebenswürdigen Empfang mit Tee und Gebäck bis hin zu der ständigen Bereitschaft, hilfreiche, ehrliche Tipps zu geben, relle Restaurants zu empfehlen und zu reservieren, Fahrer oder Guides zu organisieren, Besichtigungen zu arrangieren (und zur Not sogar nachts ein Feuerzeug zu organisieren). Das alles mit einem wunderbaren Lächeln und einer zutiefst beeindruckenden Freundlichkeit. Insbesondere die Mitarbeiter Zakaria und Rédouane sind uns unvergesslich. Wir hoffen sehr, uns einmal wiederzusehen.

Enter a world of calm and tranquility from the moment you walk in the door. Beautiful Riad with exceptional service. Nothing seems too much trouble- Everyone here seems to be totally focused on ensuring that each guest has a memorable stay. The rooms are a good size with great showers - everything is spotlessly clean. It was an absolute pleasure staying here I cannot recommend enough. 5 star all round

Stayed here on our last night in Morroco Staff are super friendly and lovely Started off being dropped in random square by horrible taxi driver, however staff member came to assist quickly Arrived and was shocked at how beautiful it was They only take card at this riad so you will he charged before arriving Has many packages available such as spa or travel Super close again to the centre of the markets Bedroom was large and clean Bed and pillows were lovely Shower was lovely Breakfast was amazing and could ask for more Overall really great place to stay and would return

The rooms are extremely cosy and the bathing and toilet area are, shall we say, intimate. If you are a new couple or friends this is not for you. Watching each other in the shower and on the toilet is not something many people would like. The electrics leave a lot to be desired with a lamp shorting and blowing the plug off the wire. The breakfast was not as good as we had experience during the rest of the trip. The service was extremely poor.

Excellent customer service. All employees are very attentive, friendly and professional. Always concerned about your well-being and willing to help. The breakfast is spectacular as well as the menu available for lunch or dinner. Riad 100% recommended and centric. Rooms comfortable and will all necessary amenities

The building is beautiful and the entire atmosphere is enchanting. But even more I need to prise the team, their service was excellent and made us feel incredibly comfortable throughout our stay. More than friendly, they were genuinely kind to us, including the two ladies working at the spa. They really made our stay feel like a dream we want to go back to.

A perfect little Riad in a perfect location near to the Ben Youssef College and the souks. About 20 minutes walk to the jemaa el fnaa. It is exactly as shown on the photos. The room was comfortable and clean. Above all its the impeccable service and friendliness of the staff that made our stay so wonderful. Big thanks to Zach the deputy manager who went out of his way to help us with transport and tips on what to see and do. Zach and his staff were so welcoming and friendly with a great sense of humour. All the staff were professional and gave exceptional service and are a credit to the owners of this gem of a place. We will be back! 100% recommend this Riad.

Zach medhi and hamza are such amazing hosts and really care about their guests. Nothing was too much trouble for them at any time of the day or night and arranged really great transportation for us to various places. The rooms are super clean and the rooms really comfortable. Breakfast was really delicious too and super fresh. We will be back!!!!

Cannot rate this Riad highly enough. The staff were helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were immaculate and the food better than some of the restaurants that we visited. The location is ideal for easy access to all the major tourist spots. Would definitely recommend
