Antwort der Unterkunft: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.I'm pleased to hear that you found the hotel quiet, comfortable and enjoyed our central location. However, I'm very sorry that your experience with both the room environment and breakfast fell well below expectations.I apologise for the issues you experienced with the air conditioning during the night, and I'm sorry this affected your comfort. I'm also disappointed to read your comments regarding breakfast. While breakfast is provided by our restaurant partner, Estábulo, we expect our guests to receive a high-quality dining experience, so it's disappointing to hear about the food quality, limited choice, crockery and drinks you encountered. We will ensure your feedback is shared with their management team for review. We appreciate you taking the time to provide such detailed feedback, as it helps us work with our partners to improve the overall guest experience. We hope you'll consider staying with us again in the future.
