Die Lage ist top - haben sogar ein Upgrade erhalten mit Balkon und Seeblick! Sehr freundliches Personal - sehr delikates und leckeres Frühstück! Zimmer sehr schön und sauber! Das Restaurant was zum Hotel gehört ist ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert

Wir waren leider nur für 1 Nacht auf unserer Rundreise in diesem wunderschönen Hotel. Der Empfang, der Service und das Zimmer waren tadellos. Das Hotel liegt perfekt im schönen Varenna. Das Hotel hat eine schöne Bar und einen tollen Pool mit Blick über den See. Man kann sogar direkt zum Wasser heruntergehen und in den See springen. Besser geht’s nicht. Wir haben abends im Hotel im gegessen mit herrlichem Blick und sehr gutem Essen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und dann länger bleiben.

В этом отеле - плохая звукоизоляция в номерах. Не удалось отдохнуть, даже вид отеля на озеро не перекрыл этот огромный недостаток. Завтраки слабые тоже. Вроде есть что кушать, но все тоже самое, нет разнообразия. Точно не вернёмся сюда больше.

Giorno di Pasqua . Ci sediamo al bar per un aperitivo . In totale ci sono massimo 5 divanetti / tavoli occupati . Ebbene , dopo ben 45 minuti ( e dopo due solleciti per essere serviti al Sig Alessio al bar ) non ci era ancora nemmeno stata presa l' ordinazione ! Un hotel 4 stelle non può avere un livello di servizio così scadente , è veramente inammissibile!! Abbiamo quindi deciso di andarcene , vista l' impossibilità di essere serviti , non senza aver fatto le nostre cortesi , ma molto ferme , rimostranze al Sig Alessio al bar... Risposta ? " Siamo solo in due ,cosa possiamo fare ?" . Che dire ? Non c'è mai limite al peggio ..

Extremely beautiful property on banks of lake como Open the window and gasp at the magnificent view of lake como From the room , you can see other towns in the distance Good size rooms but bathroom is tiny Which I guess is standard for Europe Extremely professional and courteous staff , very young staff and very helpful , anytime of the day , they go out of the way to help you even if your requests are not standard , the concierge ( sorry forgot his name ) was very helpful in arranging and booking lunch and dinner at various restaurants Very good spread at the breakfast table The girl who seats you and the staff at the breakfast area are very warm and always attentive

We loved this hotel, we paid the extra and had a suite on the front to have a view of the lake, it was such a peaceful spot. The staff were lovely and the facilities great, the restaurant served really good food. The view of the lake is second to none, the hotel is easy to get to and in a good central location with cafe's, delis and laundromat close.

A wonderful hotel, centrally located in Varenna. Our junior suite, Manzoni, overlooked Lake Como. The views were both stunning and pleasant. Local church bells rang throughout the day…and occasionally, we heard someone singing opera in the distance. The room had everything we needed and more. The staff were friendly, informative, and professional. Morning breakfast was outstanding, and served with champagne. The hotel provides shuttle service to/from the ferry station and its concierge planned our dinner reservations for the 3 nights we were there (outstanding job as all 3 evenings out were perfect) . What more could one ask for—definitely 5 stars!

Pros: - incredible view - they upgraded us to a room with a balcony - complimentary taxi service to and from Varenna station - polite staff - excellent location - grill restaurant is quite good. In particular the Sacher dessert was excellent - outside restaurant area has an incredible view - we were granted free entry to Villa Cipressi, which was very kind Cons: - Lunch restaurant outside is really quite poor. Our food took a long time to arrive, and the fillet was lukewarm. Re-made and still lukewarm. Rather expensive, might I add. - The swimming pool looked dirty. We did not use it
