Top-Business-Hotels in Manila

Wir sind ein regelmäßiger und treuer Kunde dieses Hotels. Wir buchen 2-3x im Monat, das heißt, wir wissen definitiv, was sich geändert hat. Nun, leider sind die Änderungen eher negativ. Zuerst die Nachteile: Die Sauberkeit wird beibehalten und der Service ist wie immer hervorragend. Nochmals ein großes Lob an Jason von der Rezeption und das gesamte Team, einschließlich derer im Coffee Club. Dies sind die Nachteile dieses Besuchs: Duschgel und Shampoo wurden nicht sofort bereitgestellt, kostenloser Kaffee ebenfalls. Die Badewanne in unserem Zimmer wurde beim Duschen überflutet und das Wasser ließ nicht nach, auch wenn man es über Nacht nicht benutzte. Das Doppeltürschloss, die Ketten sind kaputt. Das WLAN war früher problemlos zugänglich, aber bei diesem Besuch mussten wir über eine Stunde warten, bis wir Zugang bekamen. Das Zimmer, in dem wir übernachteten, ist 1202. Hoffentlich können sie sich verbessern. Wir lieben dieses Hotel und das Personal hofft, dass die Änderungen zum Besseren sind oder zumindest beibehalten werden.

Location wise, super accessible to restaurants. Near a church and near to nearby tourist spot. The room is bigger than usual. There's a workspace where you can do your work properly. The comfort room is also big which I like since the bathtub is separate from the shower.

This hotel is adequate, but slightly overpriced vs. competition. While they have updated the lobby in recent years, from what I can tell there has been little effort to update guest rooms, which are dated vs. other 5 star properties like the Westin. The one differentiating factor this hotel previously had was a great breakfast buffet served in the Pacific Lounge on the 21st floor with floor to ceiling windows that gave a sweeping view of the skyline and the bay. It was carpeted with cushioned club chairs and those soft surfaces absorbed noise and the overall experience was a great way to start your day compared to the crowded and loud breakfast buffets at other 5 star hotels. Well someone decided to spend a lot of money to destroy that experience. They have opened a new restaurant on the first floor that is loud, crowded and gives you a view of 7-11 across the street instead of the bay. I spoke to the GM about this, so he already knows my opinion, but what continues to strike me is his point that the Pacific Lounge is “a premium space” - yes Sir, that’s true and previously it was one that virtually all your guests got to enjoy which is exactly why it was THE difference maker for this hotel. I came back thru Manila for a night on May 15 and was going to try the Sheraton one more time, but it was fully booked. Instead I stayed at the Westin for less money. There was no comparison- the Westin’s rooms have a much higher end finish, their food was better, and the service there was far superior like being provided a welcome drink and the Manager sending fruit to my room with a welcome note. The Sheraton Manila Bay is no longer on par with Manila’s best hotels

Es ist wunderschön, weil es keinen Pool gibt. Ich bin immer noch auf der Suche nach dem mit dem Pool. Es ist auch sauber. Auch die Reinigungskräfte sind sehr aufmerksam, auch wenn wir ihnen nicht gesagt haben, dass sie tatsächlich zum Putzen kommen sollen. Sie sind auch aufmerksam

We stayed at Winford overnight to celebrate my brother's birthday. I could say it was a very nice experience. When we arrived, the room was already available. I even requested for a room on a higher floor and they gave me a good one. The ambience and lighting fixtures were really nice and the waiting area with sofa as well. We stayed at an Executive Suite. The room was also nice. It had a bath tub, separate shower and 2 wash basin. There is also another toilet upon entry but with watercloset and wash basin. The view was also nice though its more of houses and the rizal mountains. The pool size has a good size and not crowded and also heated. We had dinner at the poolbar since they have Acoustic band playing on saturdays. The service was a bit slow since there were lots of people and the food came from the ****** kitchen. Also, they do not accept room charging if it exceeds the 2k deposit. First time to experience this, good thing my brother brought his wallet. Food and liquor was good too. For breakfast, they also have a good selection however they do not have bacon :( sad. Nonetheless, the breakfast experience was good as well. They also sent a birthday cake for my brother. Check-out was fast too. One downside is the parking area which was on the 7th floor. It was a round swirl going up or down and caused us to be dizzy. Overall, i recommend this hotel. It is not very high-end but the service and people are good and facilities are nice. P.S. We were not able to go to the ****** as we have a kid with us.

Das Hotel ist ca. 8 KM vom Flughafen entfernt und empfiehlt sich, wenn man einen Tag in Manila verbringen muss, wegen der Weiterreise. Taxifahrer haben gewöhnlich Probleme, das Hotel zu finden. Aber dank Google Maps geht's dann doch. Das Hotel liegt mitten im extrem geschäftigen China Town. Es gibt kleine indoor Märkte mit extrem billiger China Ware, aber auch größere und teurere Malls. Aber, abends wenn die vielen Läden dicht machen, wird es sehr schnell ruhig. Zum Hotel: Alles funktioniert prima, die Aircon, der Tv, Dusche, Frühstück wird ins Zimmer gebracht. Und es ist absolut ruhig. Probleme gabs bei der Taxibestellung morgens. Grab App funktioniert nicht richtig, sehr langes Warten. Absolute Empfehlung für Leute, die Spass an China Business haben und gerne richtige Schnäppchen machen wollen, dazu aber auch die Nerven haben. Uns hat es jedenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Rainer Karin
