Mein größter Fehler war, diesen Ort zu vermieten. und das ist Ihre Werbung sehr gut. Aber NICHT WEIS! . Erster Fehler ist, dass Ihre Lage in Airbnb diese schlechte. Sie schickt Sie in eine andere Richtung, die es nicht ist. Ich habe die Rezeption angerufen, um eine Position zu beantragen, weil ich nicht aus Managua bin. und sie haben mich nie geschickt. Ich habe beschlossen, im Internet zu suchen und endlich zu kommen. Als ich in die Rezeption ging, war die junge Frau chatt und ohne zu sagen, hallo sagte sie mir ”Warte”. Ich vergesse nicht zu sagen, es war eine leere Flasche Wasser auf dem Front Desk, was mir auch nicht zeigt, war es auch nicht sanitiert. nach 25 Jahren Ich wurde von Minuten mit meinem Schlüssel ohne mich ins Zimmer geführt. Ich war instinktiv mit ihr und meine Überraschung ist, dass es NICHT das Zimmer war, das ich vermietet hatte. Sie haben es mir niemals erzählt, was ich mit dem Zimmer der Fotos passiert. Es war offensichtlich mein Es ist schlimmer und noch schlimmer. Sie gaben mir 2 Zimmer und eine ging über die Straße. Beide waren schwach, gebrochene Kleider, schlechtes und fehlendes Bad, Klimaanlage, nichts an, oder zumindest konnte ich nicht, denn niemand hat es geliefert. Ich ging weg. und immerhin sagen sie mir, ich muss zahlen, weil ich sie nicht mehr fertig mache. Wenn ich mich nur in ihr setzt, um ihre Qualität zu beweisen, die schlecht war. Wenn ich ein junger Linsen in der Rezeption bis zum Finger rausgeht, fühle ich mich so oft, als ich es mir ausstellte. Ich habe mich zurückgezogen, weil es nicht die Miete war und es eine Irre war. dank Airbnb konnte ich meine Erstattung erhalten, weil ich auch versuchen, den Besitzer Carlos zu kontaktieren, ohne bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt Antworten zu haben. Ich arbeite in Hotelerie und manchmal verstehe Fehler. Wichtig ist, sie zu korrigieren, aber nicht so, das arme in Aufmerksamkeit, im Gastgewerbe und im Nachfolger schlage ich vor, NICHT GEGEN DIE SITZ. Es ist kein Hotel. Die Lage ist besser. Es gibt nicht weit eine Mall, die es bequem zu essen gibt. Die Hotel-Rezeption bezahlt, ist billiger als Trip.com und bringt Frühstück.

So groß wie angekündigt. Die FD-Agenten waren großartig, die Sicherheit war so nett, dass ich erfahren konnte, dass wir das Auto freigelassen hatten. Der Ort war sauber und schön. Ich wünschte, wir hatten die ganze Woche dort verbracht. Wir werden zurück sein und hoffentlich können wir wieder da bleiben.

I booked this hotel because of the great reviews, the time our flight landed and the convenience of being close to the airport. We arrived late at night and their shuttle was not available so I was told they would have a taxi waiting for us to bring us to the hotel. That never happened. Upon arrival - no greeting from the woman at the front desk and the atmosphere was not welcoming at all. She explained nothing to us and only asked for payment. I had to ask for water, amenities information and the time that breakfast is served. The rooms were comfortable, I like the three beds and they have AC. My husband however, made the mistake of looking behind one of the bed posts and there was tons of hair, dust and dirt accumulated for who knows how long. It was awful! In the morning - same, no greeting from a different woman at the front desk. To top it off - they were supposed to refund $50.00 back to my credit card. As of today, no refund! So on top of being rude, they also keep the money that they say they are going to refund. Pros - bellhop was extremely nice and helpful and so were the gentlemen working in the restaurant in the morning. Other than that - I would stay far away from this place. Or maybe because we are latinos we are treated differently than other guests. We will never stay here again and we were very excited to be here as this was our first trip to Nicaragua.
