Great resort,we were looking for a place which was not so crowded just outside Ambon city. Natsepa is the perfect place to go, beautiful location, nice swimming pool, extremely kind personel, good food and great with kid(s). Rooms are good. From here they can arrange day trips around the island.

What a lush and scenic location! Beautiful trees, flowers, and birds. All the staff from the hostess Iren to the restaurant staff to the room cleaners were gracious, friendly, and helpful. An extra surprise: in the restaurant, we enjoyed listening to the talented local musicians! The Indonesian chicken soup was my favorite dish at the restaurant. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Thank you all for a wonderful relaxing vacation!

As backpackers we are not used to this kind of overwhelming luxury. We wanted to give us a treat for a night, and indeed it was. Staff was very welcoming, as all the people we met on Ambon. Don't miss the breakfast buffet and the Rujak on the beach nearby!

We had the slight misfortune of being picked up from the airport by a local transport driver with a car without air-conditioning - I called The Natsepa and Pak Jayadi sent within minutes 2 cars to retrieve our overheated guests. Ibu Alina made check in as smooth as possible, Pak Devi looked after all of our F&B requirements and Chef Rusdi constantly checked up to see if all was up to scratch with our beach BBQ and breakfasts. We fully understood that Ambon has seen a lack of guests since the pandemic and we appreciated every effort made by staff to ensure our guests were looked after. Mr. Garcia, the GM was always on hand to check in and ensure we were always okay. Looking forward to seeing you all again.

We had good food and an amazing friendly and excellent service by Vivi! Chilling Indonesian music and nice breakfast with excellent cappuccino. The staff is very friendly and is taking care of the customers. When you are in-between two trips in Ambon, this a perfect place to stay.

This hotel is soooo nice for a quiet holiday. It has a private, quiet, calm beach that is very clean with very beautifull scenery. I can just sit in my balcony with a cup of coffee all day. Just 15 minutes walk and we will see a public beach where people sell rujak, fruit, durian etc. There are a few traditional Minimart also. The best part of this hotel is the people. They are very polite, kind and try to be as helpful as possible. The biggest problem is the taste of the food. The look is good but the chef really must learn again. What a waste that such a nice hotel has to serve such tasteless food. They serve Indonesian food with minimal spices. This is conference hotel and serve wedding and meeting. But the food taste is sorely lacking. The western food is tasteless. The Asian food is just terrible. The best food durung breakfast is omelette and coffee. Manager, just have your chef study again from a senior chef. I really want to hring my team but the food really bothers me The other problem is the band. Around 40-50% are senior from various countries,. The band should know the musics from the 80s. Instead they only play Indonesian songs from the 2000.
