Reception Well decorated, clean, tidy. Bedrooms Super clean, Clean and tidy beds, Shower goes hot and cold every now and then but no complaints. View is also pleasant Food and Drink Food is spot on for an all inclusive and likely one of the best you will get. It's not 5 star amazing but always has good flavour, hot, and isn't always the same dishes each night. Staff Staff were always welcoming and always nice, greeting and willing to help. They are by far the best part. They always seam to work well as a team Services Toilets and clean and easy to find when not in room, onsite shop, pools and building is well maintained and looked after. Overall it was a pleasant stay and only thing the hotel could of done with is a child out room, everyone seams to hover in reception (which is fine) but it means people are trying to walk though and kids and running around.

Pros-nice sized rooms, breakfast choice is amazing, great location, near lots of restaurants and bars.But not too close to *****.the beach is a 2min walk. The hotel decor and vibe is nice. Rooms cleaned well.wifi is good. Cons- Air con in room is awful, would have melted in summer, some staff are bit rude, bar staff at the pool charge you a small fortune for a premixed cocktail and you feel as though your bothering them by even asking for a drink. The staff on reception can be a bit ****y, again they look outraged if you ask them anything. I asked the lad for a towel and he loudly eye rolled at me. Lots of beds by pool are pointlessly reserved and not used all day. But wasnt too bad for spare beds in October.we are in our 30s and the music by pool seemed far too loud, maybe we are getting old. Die Eincheckung war reibungslos genug, als wir ankamen. Er bat um einen niedrigen Boden aufgrund einer vorbestehenden medizinischen Zustand, aber auf den 11. Stock gelegt. Die 3 Aufzüge werden besetzt, aber nicht mehr als eine Wartezeit von wenigen Minuten jedes Mal. Ich kam ins Zimmer und es war eine gute Größe genug mit großem Raum für Gepäck und Kleidung hängen. Wandern in der Dusche war ein schöner Touch, aber die Temperatur war schwer zu richtig zu kommen. Die Matratzen auf den Betten sind extrem hart und wir beide wachen jeden Morgen traurig. Die Kissen sind OK. Weil das Hotel kostenloses Frühstück ist es ein bisschen ein Zoo am Morgen. Es gibt eine Menge Wahl für alle. Denken Sie daran, dass es alle Arten von Nationalitäten gibt, die für sie zu betreuen sind, so dass es nicht 100% sein wird, was Sie wollen, aber Sie werden etwas finden. Wir blieben alle inklusive so Mittagessen und Abendessen war weniger von einem Rindermarkt und wieder, Sie werden jedes Mal etwas finden. Wir reisen viel, aber was wir in 4 Tagen dort erlebt haben, füllt ein kleines Buch und ist so noch nie dagewesen. Zuerst : Es gibt von 10 angebotenen Restaurants und Bars nur 4. Der ganze neue Bereich ist noch lange nicht fertig- Baustelle und nicht zugänglich. Wir hatten Preferd Club gebucht, tun sie dies bitte auf keinen Fall. Die Leistungen dafür und Eirichtungen sind nicht vorhanden, außer die Preferd Club lounge in der der Besucherstuhl vor sich beschwerenden Gästen nicht kalt wird. Bei Ankunft wurden wir auf ein Zimmer geschickt das belegt war, gut das die Gäste nicht darin waren, wir waren geschockt. Das nächste zugewiesene Zimmer ensprach nicht dem gebuchten. Wir sind vorerst darin geblieben, es war 10 Uhr Abends. Am nächsten Tag konnten wir in die gebuchte Preferd Club Junior Suite mit direktem Meerblick nach langer Diskussion umziehen. Es war äußerst schwierig und mühseelig mit dem Personal an der Rezeption. Schlechtes Englisch. Kein Deutsch, auch nicht im Managementbereich. Auf unsere Beanstandungen wurde an der Rezeption nicht eingegangen. Erika aus dem Preferd Club hat sich bemüht und war den ganzen Tag mit Reklamationen der Gäste beschäftigt. Der angebotene Roomservice auf der Homepage von 8 bis 22 Uhr steht erst ab 10 Uhr zur Verfügung. Es war jeden morgen ein Theater einen Kaffee aufs Zimmer zu bekommen. Zudem habe ich noch nie in einem Hotel erlebt, gleich in welcher Kategorie wir gewohnt haben, daß es nach der Zimmerreinigung aussah, als ob die Möbelpacker da waren. Unser Bett war verrückt, die Nachttische standen hinter den Gardinen die wild am Fenster hingen, unsere Schlafanzüge waren in eine Ecke geworfen worden, das Waschbecken wurde gar nicht sauber gemacht, das schmutzige Geschirr stand am Abend noch da. Nachdem Erika das Disaster betrachtet hatte wurde uns versprochen, das das Zimmer in einer Stunde aufgeräumt und sauber gemacht wird. Wir sind am Abend zurückgekommen , die Möbel standen weiterhin kreuz und quer und das Waschbecken war immer noch nicht geputzt. Nur das schmutzige Geschirr war weg. Wir sind um neun Uhr zum Abendessen ins Buffetrestaurant gekommen und mussten feststellen, daß die meisten Platten leer waren. Die Gäste standen um das Büffet und wussten nicht was sie sich zusammenkratzen sollen. Auch das wurde beim Personal im Büffetrestaurant angesprochen und damit beantwortet, daß Abendessen um 18 Uhr beginnt.Nach und nach wurde wieder etwas gebracht, war aber auch sofort wieder leer. Desweiteren wurde wir nicht gefragt, ob wir etwas trinken möchten und hatten unser schmutziges Geschirr von der Vorspeise bis zum Nachtisch auf unserem Tisch stehen. Wir haben es dann wie andere Gäste auf dem Tisch neben uns geparkt. Das nur spanisch sprechende Personal im Restaurant war mit dem Eindecken der Tische für das Frühstück beschäftig und hat die Gäste die noch da waren komplett ignoriert.
