The property was in near proximity with many stations, and it was convenient to walk to/from the shopping area. There are quite a number of food options too. The area has quite a night-life, may not be suitable for the light sleepers.

The managers (senor and senora) are very friendly and welcoming. The apartment is clean. The restaurant beside is great too. It could have been a perfect place if not for the noise from the street ..... constant shouting.

Outstanding property, near many restaurants and tourist areas. The owners were great, we established a great communication and were always there to help solve any situation. No doubt will stay there again

This is a lovely, comfortable, well located apartment. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I was returning to Madrid. There is everything you need within a short walk including transport. Would highly recommend

This is a great quirky property right in the heart of Madrid. It's location is excellent for all parts of the centre of the city. The building is full of history and it was quiet. The beds very extremely comfortable.
It was a great place to stay to really explore the city. We were a family of 4 people, with 2 teenage children. I would think if there were 6 of you, this property would feel quite small.

Great location right next to the main square. Property is spacious , clean and comfortable. Wooden floor and doors are a bit squeaky but the not end of the world if you don’t mind the noise. Amazing dozens of restaurants and cocktail bars at the door step. Host is very helpful and friendly and kept me informed with the stay arrangements regularly.

The most beautiful apartment we stayed in during 2 weeks in Spain. Large, spacious, beautifully decorated. The building was constructed in 1780 and beautifully renovated by the current owner in 2008. The building and rooms and updated and yet they managed to keep some of the beams, doors, and staircase that let's you know the history. The building owner and his staff are the kindest group you will ever meet. The owner loves his building, the history of the building, and the neighborhood. The location is ideal, walking distance to everything. Highly recommend, your host will ensure you feel at home.
