We are truly blessed that we discovered the best kept secret in Luzon, Philippines and it is in Clark City, Pampanga! The park inn by Radisson secret for us to come back the 2nd time around is their excellently trained hotel staff! Almost all of their employees from guards to chambermaids are very respectful and mindful of each guests needs. The front office are always cheerful and efficient. The restaurant workers are attentive and quick. The porter and van driver are extremely helpful and thoughtful. When you visit this hotel ask for these these personnel: Front office = Rem, Angel, Ace, and James, ad Maren; Restaurant = Dion, Kido, AJ, Randy and Jessie; Room Cleaning = Richard, Edward & Kevin; Bags = John Not only did these staff gave their best at their assigned tasks but they also multi-tasked. My husband and I observed their performances for a week because we also owned our lodging facility in Virginia, USA. What touched us also, when we checked out at the crack of dawn, a sandwich with fresh fruit and freshly brewed coffee were waiting for us to go with our trip to the airport. Now that is a superb customer service! Finally, I want to mention the array of food served each day is well thought-out and very appealing. Kudos to the chef - it's getting better each time! The bedroom is so comfy that my husband wants to stay inside all day! For those checking in, make sure to request to clear the deposit charged amount to your credit card as soon as you check out. My family and I will definitely plan on making this lodging facility our home while visiting our relatives in Luzon area. Keep up the excellent and professional training Radisson!!!

It wasn’t easy when we started looking for our wedding reception around the Philippines as there are so many options to choose from. We got engaged last year in Clark Marriott Hotel, so it has a special place in our hearts, so me and my fiancee finally decided to do our wedding here. We were so happy that we have chosen Clark Marriott Hotel, we had the best and excellent customer service experienced ever specially with the help of Mr Jonas Carlo and Ms Laila, without them it wouldn’t be possible to have our dream wedding come true. They guided us and walk throughout until the end, from our presidential suite, food tasting, securities, and other amazing perks, everything went well and smoothly, no stress, whatever we asked they will make it work as much as possible. It was so easy to communicate with them even our wedding coordinator was also amazed how the chefs, managements and other hotel staff members were so professional, friendly and very accomodating. A year of preparation but it was definitely worth it, every moment we spent in Clark Marriott exceeded our expectations. The best part was every one of us enjoyed, and all our guests got positive feedbacks. We highly recommend Clark Marriott Hotel to celebrate your wedding, definitely more than 5 star for us. Grate team Ranzel is the best! Great facilities, a special atmosphere in the hotel, the food is excellent and the rooms are very clean. The high level spa here is highly recommended for those who like to take care of themselves

Ich und mein Freund gingen nach Midori um seinen Geburtstag zu feiern. Die Gesamterfahrung war gut. Das Zimmer war wirklich geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ihr Essen war großartig (auch unsere Backwaren aus ihrem Backhaus). Wir hatten die Chance, auch ihren Spa zu versuchen und es war sehr entspannend. Ihre ******, obwohl klein, ist gut ausgestattet. Eines, was wir glauben, Verbesserungen brauchen, ist ihre Parkplätze. Ihre Parkplätze sind begrenzt und es wäre ziemlich ein Spa-Wanderweg zum Hotel richtig. Wäre aber sicher zurückkommen, wenn die Zeit erlaubt :)

Geburtstag meines Mannes mit meinen Schwiegereltern und 2 Kindern gefeiert. Wir hatten alle einen tollen Aufenthalt. Essen und Service ist ausgezeichnet. Meine Kinder genossen den großen Pool und den Spielplatz im Freien. Vielen Dank, dass Sie uns auch den späten Check-out ermöglicht haben.

Wir reservierten 2 Villas für unseren Übernachtungsaufenthalt. Villas waren großartig und das Personal war wirklich hilfreich und freundlich. Die Kinder und sogar die Senioren genossen die Umgebung, da es privat und ruhig war. Es gab viele Dinge, die die Kinder nicht schwimmen können. Es gab Fahrräder und sogar Outdoor-Aktivitäten. Wir würden gerne hier zurückgehen - schnelle Fahrt aus Manila, also viel Zeit für R&R.

Die Ausstattung im Zimmer fühlte sich zu schlecht an, ich fand den Preis etwas hoch, die Dusche war nicht einfach zu benutzen, die Art der direkten Dusche, das Glas ist noch transparent, kann außerhalb des Badezimmers gesehen werden, die Bettwäsche ist alt, es fühlt sich ein bisschen an wie in diesem Hotel Mismatch! Insgesamt ist es durchschnittlich!
