定酒店最失敗的一次，配不上2k+的價格。三星的酒店這麼差的嗎？酒店內的電梯衹能容下一個人和行李箱，過道也是一人通過。酒店沒有私人停車場，衹有停在路邊的露天公共停車場，不怕車被砸可以停。房間更是非常的小。整棟酒店更像是旅館，也就是前台小姐姐態度很好。打開房間的第一眼就決定換酒店了。酒店不能取消訂單，不過也無所謂了，果斷換了新的酒店。總之一句話，千萬別定，同樣的價格值得更好的酒店。匿名了 害怕被騷擾。

在網上訂到的房間，房間有一種大床和一張小床，適合一家三口。房間有一些圖畫，廁所很乾凈。賓館距離各個景點都很近，到索恩河用不了走幾分鐘，過了河就是老城區，非常不錯的地理位置。服務員態度很好。

The staff was wonderful! The room was small but clean and quaint. The morning breakfast was pleasant. The location was awesome!! I would definitely stay again.

Excellent location! Walking distance of beautiful Lyon both old and new areas. Every time it was a surprised how easy it was to get around due to how centrally located. We enjoyed meeting Ivo, the manager. Very personable and helpful

When you travel you expect to be treated fairly and justly. This hotel did not. It started off ok but it was hot when we were there and there was no air conditioning in our room. Our room was on the street side and we either had to open a window and listen to loud noise or sweat. They did give me a broken fan and the next day when I complained they said that I should have asked for a better fan. BUT they knew the fan was defective as previous guests had stuffed paper into the neck to try to get the fan to stay upright. The staff said they would call the police to stop the noise after 10 but you cannot call enough police to hold down a crowd of noisy people. The staff promised me a better room the next day but then changed their mind (after I complained to **********) telling me that since I purchased a reduced fare through a discount site, that I would not get a better room. I decided to move to a better hotel since there were many in the area. Then the hotel would not give me a refund. I am out $275 SO here is my suggestion. There are many hotels in the area a lot better with a lot better customer service. Find a better one. Next, never book a hotel that does not say specifically that they will give a refund. Next, never pay at the hotel, pay through **********. Next, if you book through a discount site, make sure the hotel has air conditioning in ALL rooms or you will get the worst room in the house. Here is a warning to anyone booking this hotel. This is a no frills hotel that will charge you for everything. If you book through Hotels or some other discount booking, they will give you the worst room in the house. We had a non air conditioned room right on the street. Either we had to listen to loud music or loud voices all night, or close the window and sweat. The staff said they were full but I had made my reservation weeks in advance and I was given the worst room in the hotel. The first night they promised an air conditioned room the next day, but after I complained to Hotels, the manager would not move us to an air conditioned room. There was a broken fan in the room, not much help. The Hotel de Paris would not give a refund and I checked out a day early, losing my money. I was on a vacation and the cost of that hotel was not worth ruining my vacation. So, here is my warning: Make sure you book a hotel that has air conditioning, make sure you pay through Hotels as they can help you, make sure you only book a refundable room, and lastly understand that most hotels will give you a poor room when you book through Hotels. Believe me, that will save you a lot of grief down the road. By they way, Hotels. com did all they could do and were very helpful. .

They had locked me out of the hotel with nobody at the front desk and no way to contact. No sign with number, nothing. I almost slept out in the street! Additionally, no shampoo in the shower the next morning. Bad stay. I do not recommend!
