Luxushotels in Tokio

Eines der besten Hotels, in denen ich je übernachtet habe. Es versteht sich von selbst, dass der Service auf einem Niveau ist, das anderswo nicht zu finden ist. Ich schätze die Ernsthaftigkeit und Initiative jedes einzelnen Mitarbeiters. Das Frühstück ist zwar nicht so reichhaltig wie im Resorthotel, aber dennoch sehr gut und besteht aus Buffet und Bestellung. Vom Frühstücksraum aus genießen Sie einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Stadt.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar, nur hundert Meter zu Fuß bis zum Kaiserpalast. Das Hotel ist insgesamt ruhig, sauber und luxuriös. Die Lobby, die Empfangshalle und die Lobbybar sind sehr höflich und aufmerksam, obwohl ihr Englisch manchmal stecken bleibt. Das Zimmer ist nicht groß, aber die Aufteilung ist sehr vernünftig, das Duschbad ist sehr komfortabel, die Toilette ist schick, Marke TOTO, und die Aussicht ist gut, auch wenn es keinen Balkon gibt. Am meisten geschätzt wird der Zimmeraufräumservice, der beim Frühstück schnell aufgeräumt wurde, was sehr angenehm war. Ein besonderes Lob gebührt auch dem Front-Office-Manager, der professionell und vorsichtig war und mir geholfen hat, den Fehler zu vermeiden, zum falschen Flughafen zu fahren. Vielen Dank 🙏 Der männliche Begrüßungsmanager an der Lobbybar und in der Grand Kitchen war etwas unfreundlich und ließ es nicht zu Wir durften um 17 Uhr in ein Restaurant gehen und durften im Außenbereich des Gebäudes Getränke nach Absprache mitnehmen. Dreimal wollten wir zum Frühstück einen Sitzplatz im Freien haben, aber es wurde uns gesagt, dass es keinen Platz gäbe es war zufällig oder absichtlich. Daher gibt es für den Service nicht die volle Punktzahl.

入住之前多次電話確認過房間 入住當日還是沒能把所有房間關聯起來。讓客人在前台等了近30分鐘。到達酒店前給前台打過電話 行李比較多希望迎接搬運行李，到了酒店門口下車等了10分鐘沒人迎接，親自去大堂和前台女服務生一同推小推車出來拿行李，路過的白色制服年長日本人行李員視而不見，並且態度惡劣，在沒有確認過行李的前提下，擅自將所有員工行李放在老闆房間。在拿出行李後沒有任何道歉。房間沖火車道，會聽見火車聲音，影響休息。印象深刻的一次體驗。

Da hier Miyavis Weihnachtsshow stattfand, entschied ich mich für dieses Hotel. Es ist ein neu eröffnetes JW Marriott, und der Taxifahrer kannte es gar nicht und brachte mich zu einem anderen, älteren Marriott in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war geräumig, vor allem das Badezimmer, das sehr groß war. Es war ruhig im Zimmer, und der Service war gut.

Das Zimmer und die Aussicht sind großartig und der Service ist seinen Preis wert. Der Pool ist gut, aber Kinder dürfen nicht schwimmen. Die Kinder sind etwas enttäuscht. Wenn Sie ein Elternteil sind, werden Sie diesen Ort nicht als nächstes wählen Die Einrichtungen von Conrad sind nicht so neu wie die der Prince Gallery, aber kinderfreundlicher. Dieses Hotel ist für Paare geeignet... es wird sehr anschaulich sein.

We booked Park Hyatt very last minute due to issue with our original hotel that we booked in Tokyo. We travelled with a 3 & 4 years old and the hotel was amazing. The playground across the hotel is a big plus. From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel very welcome and the process was very seamlessly. We left the first hotel fairly early and knew we couldn't get into the room but our plan was to go through Shinjuku and knew we wouldn't be back until later that day. The hotel lobby is on the 41st floor, you can see the entire city view and at night the sight is amazing. The hotel location is about a 15min walk to Shinjuku station which is not bad and there is a shuttle that runs every 30min as well. Concierge was very helpful with everything during our stay. Breakfast service was professional and efficient. The staff were very friendly with kids and not snobbish at all. The hotel is an iconic place, most of the time we took a taxi or delivery they know the hotel by name. I highly recommend anyone that would like to pamper themselves in Tokyo. The hotel is a bit dated by the upkeep of the hotel is very good. Only thing that was a bit annoying was the light switches since it's not modern you can't control some lights individually.

Luxury and quite expensive hotel, large and comfortable room with a wonderful view of the city landscape; maybe you'd expect for that price a better breakfast buffet.
