Getting there Getting to the hotel from narita airport, you can take the keisei skyliner to change at Nippori at the Yamamote line to change and stop at Takanobaba and change to another train Seibu Shinjuku station. It will be a few minutes walk to the hotel from there. Very convenient. To go back to the airport, book yourself an express bus directly at the lobby entrance (QR code is there) with a screen on the departure timing to various airports so you don’t have to lug your luggage. Stay Luxurious hotel right smack in the middle of all the action, eateries, shopping, etc. I stayed for 7 nights at the premier suite which I believe had one of the best views around this area. Room is spacious for Japanese standards. And the 2 toilets and 2 bath is something we really appreciate. Amenities are all given, and you have everything in the room, including a Marshall Bluetooth speaker. Staff are friendly and eager to help during check in etc. I did not have much chance to interact with them since I also did not book one with breakfast. One tip is the enter the hotel through Starbucks directly downstairs, instead of going one round to enter the lobby. Just cut through Starbucks and go down the stairs immediately and make a left turn to the lobby. Afterthoughts Good and new hotel in an excellent location. Some things will need to be improved, out of the 7 nights, I only request for rooms to be cleared twice. The first time, housekeeping forgot to refill my towels after removing them, forgot to refill our drinking waters and even left a dirty tshirt in my toilet that don’t belong to me. I believe that could be used by them to clean the toilet, else no reasons someone’s dirty tshirt is found and left in my toilet. Should have definitely used a cleaner rag to clean up the toilet. I did not crate a fuss about it but just took the tshirt out of the room since it is a new hotel that just opened for one week and all staff are new too. But this should not happen next time again, especially since this is a suite booking. P/S check out Ichiran 3 mins walk away and the 24 hours Don Quixote too.

Ein neues, sauberes Hotel mit gutem WLAN, schönem Onsen und einem tollen Ort, um eine Reise zu unterbrechen, bevor Sie fliegen oder nach einem langen Tag fliegen. Das Hotel ist mit dem Terminal 3 (internationaler Terminal) an einem kleinen Einkaufszentrum mit wenigen Restaurants verbunden. Das Hotel hat für den Selbst-Check-in und -Check-out gedrängt und hat eine Reihe dieser Maschinen mit einem sehr kleinen Gesichts-zu-Gesichts-Bereich. Einige Leute mögen das vielleicht nicht. Für mich funktionierte die Maschine nicht richtig und das Personal, das mir helfen konnte, nahmen 4 Tests, bevor es meinen Pass scannte. Check-out war aber schnell und dauerte weniger als eine Minute. Mein Zimmer hatte seine eigene Klimaanlage, so im Winter war das Zimmer nicht kochen heiß, was für mich ein sehr großer Pluspunkt ist (wenn Sie im Winter in Japan reisen, werden Sie wissen, was ich meine!). Ich wäre sehr froh, hier wieder zu bleiben

Janu Tokyo ist das Schwesterhotel von Aman, das erst letzte Woche eröffnet wurde. Das Hotel liegt in meinem Lieblingsviertel in Roppongi, Azabudaiqiu, Tokio. Es ist weniger Zen und modischer als Aman Weinkarte Jeder Cocktail entspricht einem anderen Bezirk in Tokio und wird von Künstlergemälden und Texteinführungen begleitet. Ich habe bei Kagurazaka zwei Weinsorten mit Matcha bestellt, und es waren wirklich zwei große „Schalen“, die in beide gehalten werden mussten Hände. Nur wer trinken kann. Nur befindet sich die Bar in einer Ecke der Lobby-Lounge und hat nur ein paar kleine Tische, was mir nicht besonders gefällt.

Sehr schön👍🏻Zuallererst haben wir uns für dieses Hotel entschieden, um die Aussicht auf den Turm zu genießen, und es hat unsere Erwartungen wirklich erfüllt! Genießen Sie den frühen Morgen, den Sonnenuntergang, die Blues-Stunde und den unvergleichlichen Nachtblick auf den Tokyo Tower, bis um 12 Uhr die Lichter ausgeschaltet werden, mit Tränen in den Augen! Um die hohe Aussicht zu genießen, habe ich außerdem einen ausgewählten Zimmertyp in der 29.-31. Etage gebucht. Es gibt auch einen unerwarteten Vorteil, nämlich die Premium-Club-Vorteile, die separat in der 32. Etage abgewickelt werden. Ein separater Aufzugsbereich und 4 Tage am Tag, um die Lounge im 32. Stock zu jeder Zeit zu genießen. Ich habe mich auch für den Frühstücksservice auf dem Zimmer entschieden, da die Zimmerkategorie das Frühstück beinhaltet, ich muss also nur eine zusätzliche Servicegebühr von 40 Yuan pro Person zahlen. Obwohl die Hoteleinrichtungen wirklich etwas alt sind, haben sie einen einzigartigen Stil und sind völlig ausreichend! Man kann sagen, dass Sie zufrieden sein werden und es nicht bereuen werden!

酒店是新開的，所有什麼東西都很新，我是之前查看了所有東京塔景觀的酒店，最後決定住這裏，在這之前我也在艾迪遜住了一晚，體驗就是這個酒店簡直比艾迪遜性價比高太多了，艾迪遜價格翻倍，但是實際上房間設施和景觀幾乎沒什麼差別，美中不足就是電梯行駛非常非常慢，另外就是早餐不好吃，早餐是一個菜單上面選主食，剩下的小食在吧枱拿，選擇很少，也不好吃，主食我住的幾天菜單就沒換過，所以如果早餐要加錢我建議是不要定，還不如出去外面找吃的，最方便的是樓下的地鐵站，直接下樓就是，這點也比艾迪遜強，艾迪遜需要走出去一段時間，並且吸煙室這邊是大廳單獨酒店使用的，每次去都沒有人但是艾迪遜是和另一棟大樓共用，要走一段距離並且人多到爆。總而言之性價比很高，推薦。

The hotel is centrally located and I think that’s basically the sole reason I may consider staying at it again. Checking in was smooth (thanks to the HK colleague seconded from Ritz Carlton HK), and other than that, I think your hotel staff needs re-training, especially the concierge team! Terrible service and clueless! My friends who were also traveling were not as lucky at check-in. One wasn’t able to get his room at 6pm and was asked to wait (20 mins), and when he finally got his key, he went into the room where someone was already in it. Who could expect this kind of mistake happened in a “modern luxury hotel”? My other friend nearly traumatized trying to check-in with a staff who can’t really speak English and don’t understand what “confirmation number” means. To me, the only disappointment was no upgrade at all even I was a Titanium member then. But well, I of course understand it is “subject to availability”. Hotel itself and its location is superb and definitely create a modern luxury feeling. But I’m staying in a HOTEL and HOSPITALITY and SERVICE should be the most important. And Edition Tokyo fails in all aspect, and maybe this is how you want to create a “lasting memory”? The short lady at the concierge was rude and impolite. When I was trying to ask about the timetable of the airport bus and where the stop is, she simply said why don’t you check it online cos you need to use your credit card and book anyway! I cannot believe this kind of service in Japan, let alone at a 5-star Marriot managed hotel. In the end I let my friend to handle it and she told me she talked to 3 different concierge colleagues and each gave a different answer, in the end it had to escalate up to the duty manager to get a concrete response on how to take the airport bus to Narita. Crazy! Then on separate occasions we went to the lobby bar. We requested to sit by the window and the waiter there said “it is reserved” on every occasion. In the end of course the sofa by the window was empty (and on one occasion it was empty till the bar was closed). I got annoyed and asked for the restaurant manager and I said “if you need a minimum spending just say so, why you have to put us at the bar table?” She said she would look into it and of course no one has yet to give us a good reason why is it the case. And service at the bar was appalling and to a certain extent I would even use “racist” to put it. As a Titanium with Marriot Bonvoy and a Globalist with World of Hyatt, I must say I made a terrible mistake staying at Tokyo Edition. I am sure I would receive better treatment and a better holiday experience if I stay at Andaz Tokyo which is across the street!

Der Check-in-Bereich ist mit einer Bar verbunden, daher ist es mittags kein Problem, aber nachts ist es zu laut, um einzuchecken. Trinkende Gäste und Check-in-Leute vermischen sich und es ist sehr chaotisch. Ein weiterer Punkt ist: Die Fenster im Zimmer lassen sich überhaupt nicht öffnen, es ist einfach ein langweiliger Rhythmus! Das ist ein Punkt, der mir sehr unangenehm ist, und ich blieb drei Tage dort ... Aber die Regeln sind die Regeln, und es gibt keine Möglichkeit, ihn zu lösen, selbst wenn die Fenster zu Tode gemacht sind. Obwohl es sich um ein neu eröffnetes Hotel handelt und die Einrichtungen recht neu sind, kann ich einen Aufenthalt dort wirklich nicht empfehlen!

Vorteile: 1. Das Zimmer war groß genug und der Balkon bot eine tolle Aussicht! 2. Insgesamt war die Sauberkeit gut. 3. Praktische Lage und zu Fuß erreichbar vom Toyosu-Fischmarkt. 4. Die Einrichtungen des Onsen waren gut, obwohl sie während der Stoßzeiten am Wochenende überfüllt sein können. 5. Das Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich und bot eine große Auswahl und das Sashimi-Donburi war köstlich. 6. In ihrem Restaurant wird um 22:00 Uhr kostenloses Yonaki-Soba serviert. Nachteile: 1. Das Hotelpersonal schien nicht ausreichend ausgebildet zu sein; viele von ihnen hatten Schwierigkeiten, Englisch zu verstehen und mussten ein Handbuch verwenden, um mit den Gästen zu kommunizieren. Dies scheint für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel unzureichend. 2. Am besten meidet man das Onsen während der Stoßzeiten, da es sehr überfüllt sein kann. 3. Der Parkplatz befindet sich eine Etage unter der Hotellobby, was unpraktisch sein kann. Außerdem ist das Parken nicht kostenlos, obwohl es für Hotelgäste einen Rabatt gibt.

Nice location, can see sky tree through room window. Nearby train station is TX Asakusa (not JR train station) 2 stops to Akihabara. Lawson and Donki 24hrs nearby. 2 mins walk to Asakusa Temple. Free Ramen from 21:30 to 23:00 and free ice cream night / free yakult morning at onsen level (B1). Checkin at 3pm but there is luggage storage service if you come earlier.

Ich bin zufrieden. Das Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage, in der Nähe der Tobu Mall und des Bahnhofs Ikebukuro. Es ist 8 Gehminuten entfernt. Es gibt viele Restaurants. Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich und leicht zu kommunizieren. Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen Freunde in Tokio!
