When we arrived after a 6 hour drive, the receptionist/desk clerk was having an issue with the ******* app and wasn't able to sign us in as the amount paid didn't match their room charge as I had used points. I got on the app and got an agent to assist the issue, but we had to go to dinner and then return to check in. The hotel clerk had to manually adjust their charge to get the whole thing to work out. The hotel had a sign out indicating they didn't have enough staff to provide constant service- is this by choice though? I don't know if I believe this is how it is. The breakfast buffet was fine. I was able to make a sausage biscuit and biscuits and gravy from some of their offerings. Waffle lovers have no concerns. :)
