This was our first time staying at a Riu Resort & it is definitely not our last! Of all the vacations we have taken, this is by far the best resort we have stayed at. Everyone was friendly & made you feel welcome & safe! Thank you!

Room very average. Bed well below average. Elite club was nice benefit. Food a little above average for all inclusive. Quiet that’s laughable.

The property was extremely clean and the staff was so attentive. The rooms were cleaned daily, the dining was great with lots of options, and we were close enough to downtown to uber to nearby attractions. Overall it was a lovely expereince. Definitely catered to couples or older crowd, we could hear the parties from next door's sister property but nothing too unbarable. We were also not in an ocean facing room. The only downside was the bed, it was not the comfiest.

The pool is great, stays sunny longer than others on Medano Beach. Food is average at best, with the Mexican restaurant and buffet the best bet. Drinks were pretty average at any of the bars. Decent value, nice and clean ground. Excellent service setting up cabs into town

The resort is old, unsanitary, dirty, customer service is awful. Broken furniture, ripped carpets. Blood on the sheets. Terrible experience. Ended up leaving the resort after one night.

Courtyard room, spacious with balcony. Elevators. Very clean and well manicured. Huge heated pools, friendly and very hard working employees. Cuppachino bar was nice with sweets and small finger sandwiches. Buffet was plentiful. We only ate at the steak place, my filet was delicious. The Japanese restaurant was good. I had the lobster risotto, it was full of flavor. No alcohol in restaurants, only beer and wine.
