Schönes Hotel mit strategischer Lage mit schöner Aussicht auf die Stadtmauer. Wir sind Familie von 3 Personen, die für 2 Nächte im Junior Suite Zimmer (Zimmer 369) geblieben sind. Das Zimmer ist geräumig für Kingsize-Bett und Einzelbett und das Bett ist komfortabel. Das Frühstück ist sehr standardmäßig. Es gibt kostenfreie Parkplätze am Ort direkt mit dem Hotel verbunden. Alles war perfekt, bis wir um 10 Uhr erst morgens aufwachen, fühlen sich sehr heiß. Wir haben uns von dieser Regelung überrascht, dies ist für 4-Sterne-Hotel nicht akzeptabel. Nicht alle Gäste haben das Hotel früh vor 9 am plus es ist Sommerzeit (Mitte Juli). Während der Auscheckung fragten wir wieder, dass es dem Rezeptionpersonal nur zu dieser Zeit gesagt werden, dass es auf die covid19 Pandemie zurückzuführen war, die für uns war absurd, da wir in mehreren Hotels in Italien während 3 Wochen Straßenreise verblieben und nie dieses Problem hatte . Auch wenn es wahr wäre, wäre es fair, wenn solche Informationen auf ihrer Website oder sogar während der zeitlichen Kontrolle bereitgestellt werden. Wir schwitzten viel während der Kleidung, die nicht angenehm ist, um den Tag zu beginnen.

Ein großartiger 1 wöchiger Aufenthalt mit meiner 5 köpfigen Familie. Wir buchten ein Familien-Arrangement (zwei nebeneinander liegende und voll ausgestattete Hotelzimmer mit absperrbaren Verbindungstüren, eines mit großer begehbarer Dusche und eines mit toller Badewanne) mit Frühstück und Abendessen. Die Betten sind ein Traum. Man liegt sehr angenehm und sie bescheren einem tollen Schlaf. In diesem Hotel besitzt das Wort „Service“ einen großen Stellenwert. Ein spezieller Dank an das Service-Team am Abend, rund um Stefano und Daniele und an das Frühstücksteam rund um Lucia. Gerade in Zeiten von Covid-19 und der dadurch höheren Belastung des Personals, wurde sogar noch mehr auf die Gäste eingegangen, Chapeau ! Das Essen war einfach hervorragend und vielfältig. Wenn wir wieder nach Padua kommen sollten, dann werden wir 100%ig unseren Aufenthalt im Crown Plaza verbringen. A great stay for 1 week with my family of five. We booked a family apartment consisting of two adjacent and fully equipped hotel rooms with lockable connecting doors (one with walk-in shower and the other one with bathtub). Beds are very comfortable and guarantee good sleep. SERVICE is written in capital letters in this hotel. My special thanks goes to the evening service team around Stefano and Daniele and around to the breakfast service team around Lucia. Especially in times of Covid-19 they worked harder all the more to satisfy their guests, Chapeau ! Food and drinks are excellent and diverse. In case we will visit Padua again, we will stay 100% at Crown Plaza.
