تاخير بالدخول وانتظار بالاستقبال 40 دقيقه حيث قال الموظف كارم لم يوجد لي حجز مسبق للعلم  حجزت ودفعت المبلغ بالكامل ولا توجد مواقف مناسبه وتوجد حشرات صغيره بالغرفه ويوجد سجائر بالممر والمرافق تحربه لن تعاد

الفندق غير مناسب للعوائل ابدا ما انصح فيه ، المواقف تعبانة جدا وغير نظيفة وطريقة الوصول اليها صعبة ، افضل حل انك توقف برع الفندق ،في الساحة الرملية الاثاث قديم يحتاج صيانة ، النظافة سيئة جدا في الفندق ونظام النظافة سيئ والفوط وسخة ، الشرشف متهالك الوسائد سيئة جدا للنوم الفندق مناسب للعزاب فقط ، وغير مناسب لصاحب عمل او عائلة ولو عائلة صغيرة الفندق فيه بار وخمر وبير ويروجون لها داخل الغرف الفندق فيه مراقص وما يصلح للعوائل نهائيا ، الدخول والخروج بجنب الديسكو والنظافة سيئة جدا والحمامات وسخة والسجاد في الغرف غير نظيف ، حتى لو تطلب تنظيف الطاقم تعبان جدا وغير مؤهل للتنظيف فندق زبالة للعوائل بمعنى الكلمة وتطلع منه ورقبتك يحتاج لها علاج من الوسائد التعبانة الشيي الوحيد انه في شخص في الاستقبال هندي متعاون ، ولكنه الشخص الصح في الفندق الخطأ الفندق امكانياته تعبانة ، وما انصح تشوفون مواقف السيارات لانها زبالة

Stay at the Ramee Rose. This is a nice family hotel. Near najma beach. The staff are very good and I really enjoyed the breakfast ast the mirchi restaurant. My wife and I have stayed here a few times and we will be back for sure. I would like to thank the manager, Mr Nelson, for taking good care of us.

Unfortunate, it was the worst experience ever I have faced, I stayed in a room close to the elevators and there is a door between the elevators and the room area and anybody passes thru that door it makes annoying sound, and Imagine that I asked the duty manger to find a solution and he said that” I cannot help you in this case”. In addition, the room service and reception phone line always busy and the order takes more than 15 minutes and also, they brought us the food very cold. Nothing more..you decide...

I have arrived to Ramee on the 1 August and the guy at reception give me a room for handicap its unprofessional from him to give a handicap room to A normal person when I ask to change it he refused that hotel is full in your opinion there is hotel who is full in normal days I hope that management to take complaine as I think that gus who I forget his name is inappropriate for reception

It was an all over excellent experience with a welcoming staff and clean rooms and the hospitality was amazing from the reception until the very last staff

Clean, modern and absolutely worth the money! Very hard to find this quality and experience at this price. Breakfast is nice and the Indian & Arabic food made things very easy. Some days I just stayed in the hotel.
