Pros - good location, 5 mins walk to the tube, had a balcony and the kids enjoyed the small sleeping area Cons - needed some updating it’s looking a bit scruffy, other residents were very noisy which kept us awake and it’s small but ok for an adult and 2 kids.

Perfect location for London. In West Kensington 2 station close by .Small. A historic building. Quiet street.all amenities worked and was cosy . Had a kitchen fully equipped. . Satisfied with the stay .

The check in was easy. I received an email with the codes for entry (contactless check-in). The studio was not too large but the size was just right. Everything worked properly and was of good value. There was even a small balcony at the studio. The little kitched had all utensils which are needed. The appartment was clean but no service during the stay. It was possible during the day to contact someone if anything was needed. Shops and public transportation was close by. I would definaitely stay again there!

Our rooms where everything we could need for our stay. It is very cheap and convenient apartment with private kitchen and toilet and every basic thing to cook a meal if needed. I was so surprised how close to everything it was and we were in the centre of london only with a bus or train. The manager helped us with some directions also and she was quite nice when we asked for extra stuff. Will definitely go again to stay with my friends

This apartment was stinking, everything was dirty and filthy, pulled bed out and frame covered in dust and rubbish under the bed, the mattress was badly stained and with a hole, seen better mattresses at the top, pots, pans and cutlery filthy, cupboards falling apart, dirty rusty oven, we booked for 3 nights and stayed for 1, only stayed because we couldn’t get another hotel booked for that night, my wife and son couldn’t get up to the bed which is up a very steep flight of steps that wobbled, the ceiling height from bed is about 4ft, I phoned the owner and she came to the apartment, halfway through complaining she walked off, ********** tried to get a refund but she would t give one, this apartment is not fit for purpose and should not be advertised on any websites

Dreadful experience, the only good thing was location. Will never come back. The studio was dusty and beds were uncomfortable and while trying to adjust the mattresses we discovered how filthy they were. The upstair bed was not made and the dirty sheets after previous guests were still there when we arrived.

The studio was functional and well equipped. Clean. Quiet area near Central London. The tube very close. The street with a lot of shops and restaurants very close. Friendly staff . Please note, the loft bed is ok for a fit person, not very good for a disabled person.

Pleasant stay Spent a weekend in the studio . Was satisfactory . good location . good value Was recently refurbished Beautiful Victorian house. Small kitchen with all utensils.. Quiet street. everything to my liking.

Had a very good studio equipped with everything I wanted . Convenient location. Reasonable price considering the london prices . Small. But that doesn't matter. Clean. Everything worked. Will stay again
