The Bull Hotel

Great hotel and great staff who made us feel very welcome and made our stay most enjoyable would definitely stay again central location in Anglesey to travel around the island would definitely recommend, welsh male voice choir on Saturday night was amazing entertainment 👍

Little disappointed, they continue to be upgrading the property which it needs. Bathroom was clean and large. Bed was comfortable although room was dated and the heating wasn't the best. Hotel are aware as there was an electric heater in the room. Biggest frustration was the lack of breakfast due to chef's shortage. I was led to believe a breakfast came with the booking and felt a cold breakfast could have been provided.

Stayed here this weekend. What a fab place!! The staff are great, really friendly and helpful. Heather was fantastic dealing with a large group of us. Food was delicious. Rooms clean tidy and the beds were so comfy. Will definitely be staying again. Diolch

My brother and I stayed for four days, as we have cousins living locally. The building is currently having a refurbishment and the kitchen is out of action though there is a cafe across the road. Our stay was very comfortable and the bar was really busy and friendly.

We arrived quite late due to work commitments and a 4 hour drive, the bar had a lovely atmosphere when we walked in and we were greeted by friendly staff. We had a double room booked in the courtyard and it was perfect for us. I fell in love with the bed and the pillows. I’m quite particular about pillows and I’m not used to sharing a double bed anymore but I had a great nights sleep and the following day, I used the bathroom and you can adjust the shower pressure to your liking which was even more amazing. The room had a wardrobe, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities and a television which to be honest we didn’t make use of but were grateful for. We were there for a wedding which was about 10 minutes away from the hotel. They arranged a taxi for us on the way there and told us how to arrange one for the way back. They told us they were having a local band in on that night as a courtesy/invitation and we would have most certainly joined in if we didn’t have a prior engagement. When we got back from the wedding, we saw the pub was in full swing of the local band and due to a long drive back, we went back to our room. I couldn’t hear the music at all and went to sleep soundly but that could have had something to do with the alcohol consumed. In the morning we found our car was blocked in but the owner, a regular had left their keys behind the bar for it to be moved. This didn’t bother us at all, we thought it was quite considerate of them. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, you have everything you could ask for within a minutes walk and very friendly and accommodating staff members. The room was a bit dated in style but it more than made up for it with comfort. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer.

I read some bad reviews on this place buttook a chance. We had a great time and were treated great. I we would stay here again.

Toilet seat is STILL broken. This issue was reported by another reviewer earlier. Shower hot water controls dont work and had a tepid shower.

Once again great food and very welcoming staff - highly recommend the meat sharring platter - enjoy 😉 this is certainly a great place centrally located! Always availability and a large beer garden so dog friendly 🐕 🍺 🍷😋 🌞 🥳
