Was a very bad experience. I went there with my mum and we choose to spend time inside the spa and also we choose some treatments. They first didn’t give us enough time then we had to do the massage separate, and after that because my mum went before me when she came back was closing time apparently they just drop her in the hall with all the bags and wet hair saying to her now it’s close. When I came back after my massage I was thinking she was enjoying the spa for the half an hour but in fact she was left in the corridor waiting for me since I started the massage. After that I had to change my clothes in the commonal toilet which wasn’t really a problem but we didn’t have even a hairdryer. We had to leave there with wet hairs both of us which did made us become sick in the afternoon. Also we called before going to ask what we need to bring qnd the lady said about bringing everything like towels bathrobe etc. which in fact we didn’t use nothing , but mostly they didn’t even say to us “oh it will be closing time , so perhaps bring your hairdryer “ or maybe something as “if we would like to change the time because we would have not have time to change properly “ they just told to us to get a room just to shower and change but they didn’t even explain to us. And we said why would we have to get a room for just 1 hour ? We could have used our hairdyer in the commonal toilet. Anyway very very very bad experience. Never go there. I just wanted to spend some time between mum and daughter.

Der Wellness und Spa Bereich war nicht inbegriffen und ausgebucht. Die Bilder und Beschreibungen täuschen. Leider war die Unterkunft auch sehr weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Ich würde nicht wieder kommen.

Zunächst möchte ich Vincenzo und Claudia C bei der Rezeption danken. Sie sind ein sehr gutes Vermögen für das Hotel, immer sehr schnell zu helfen mit hervorragender Service immer mit einem Lächeln. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, danke Giusi, im ersten Stock des Hotels ,sie tut wirklich ihre Arbeit sehr gut mit Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details, die meisten Male finden Sie selten sogar in 5 Stern-Hotels,sie ist ein anderes Vermögen. Das Hotel ist sehr komfortabel, guter Standort, sehr sauber und verfügt über eine große sichere private und sichere Parkplätze. Sicherlich wird es sich bei der Reise in Sicilien überprüfen.

Wir haben eine sehr gute Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht, das Zimmer ist wunderschön, geräumig und gut schallisoliert. Das Frühstück ist herzhaft. Einziges kleines Problem, die Lage des Parkplatzes nicht leicht zu verstehen.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Busbahnhofs und des Bahnhofs und kann zu den Hauptgebieten der Stadt wandeln. Vielleicht ist es aufgrund seiner Nähe zum Bahnhof, der Bereich zwischen dem Bahnhof und dem Hotel fühlt sich besonders nachts ein bisschen verrückt. Es gibt einen großen Markt, einen Block von dem Hotel am Donnerstag waren wir dort. Es war ziemlich schön am Morgen zu Fuß. Das Hotel selbst ist neu und sehr sauber. Es hat ein elegantes Design, aber immer noch einige Teile des ursprünglichen Designs. Wir hatten dort einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Viele Parkplätze stehen direkt vor dem Hotel zur Verfügung. Wir genossen das Frühstück, die Ausbreitung ist begrenzt, aber die Vielfalt ist für uns ausreichend.

First time visiting Sicily and the hotel reception/reservations for very nice in preparing my room for an early check-in and hotel/airport transfers. Unfortunately, after specifically asking for a quiet room, they gave me a nice room, but over a very loud bar that plays loud music until 12 in the morning. Being very tired my first day, unable to take a nap and the 3 nights, impossible to go to sleep before 12:30 in the morning making it difficult to get up at 6:30 am to go on excursions, too tired to really enjoy. The reception called the bar to lower the music and they just put it louder. There were only 4 people in the bar and they still played the music extremely loud. Another misinformation is reception specified that it would be about 20 minutes and €30 for a taxi each way to Catania, which wasn't the case. The morning transfer could take over an hour because of traffic and cost up to €70, so I spent a lot more money on taxis than expected. There was also a lot of mold on the shower doors, holes in the towels and marks on the walls/curtains. I didn't eat at the restaurant because I didn't really like the touristy menu and the restaurants up the street. 5 minute walk, were really good and less expensive (fresh fish, catch of the day). Overall nice hotel, but maybe for a night on the way to somewhere, not a long term stay in you need to go to Catania for excursions, most companies won't pick up at the hotel (didn't know that either). Parking is also an issue, reason for not renting a car. Otherwise, great time visiting Sicily!

Der hoteleigene Parkplatz ist je nach Modellpreis etwas teuer, bis zu 18 Euro pro Tag. Es gibt jedoch viele öffentliche gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze auf beiden Seiten der Straße außerhalb des Hotels. Geben Sie in der Mittagspause kein Geld aus. Die maximalen Kosten betragen 4,5 Euro pro Tag. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett war bequem und unser Zimmer hatte eine kleine Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Es war sehr bequem, nachts die Tür zu öffnen und Hai Tao beim Einschlafen zuzuhören. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und einige lokale sizilianische Desserts und Snacks, was besonders zufriedenstellend war. Das Hotel ist ca. 20 Autominuten vom Zentrum von Catania entfernt. Glücklicherweise lebten wir nicht im Stadtzentrum, sondern in einem etwas abgelegenen, aber vorgelagerten Hotel. (Es gibt eine Straße zwischen dem Hotel und dem Meer, und Freunde, die besonders lärmempfindlich sind, können tagsüber Verkehrsgeräusche hören.) Außerdem ist der Pool je nach Wetterlage geöffnet. Wenn wir gehen, gibt es Regen und Wind und der Pool ist geschlossen.
