Have an excellent stay in this hotel. Nice & clean facilities like their outdoor pool, restaurant, the room, etc. Breakfast is great. Location a bit far from the city, but no problem. Want to go back again..Overall great experience..,

ホテルのロケーションは最高でした。
どこから見ても綺麗としかいいようがない。
たっぷりプールで楽しみました。
クラブラウンジはほとんど貸切り状態。
アフタヌーンティーもカクテルタイムも座ったら運んできてくれるタイプ。欲しければいくらでも持って来てくれます。
部屋は残念ながらアップグレードはなくただのガーデンビューよりも最低で、ベランダはトリノ糞だらけ、にわとりがすぐそばで夜通し鳴いている。
シービューに変更してもらえないかお願いしたら3000ペソを要求されたので諦めた。
スリッパを電話でお願いしてが持って来てもらえず３回目の電話でようやく持って来てもらえた。その後ティッシュをお願いしたがそれは届く事はなかった。

今回デュシタニ マクタンセブに泊まらせていただきました。
ロケーションもよくバスタブのお湯が茶色く濁ったのが出てきて対応していただいたのですが正直部屋を変えていただきたかったです。
dusit goldに入ったのにコリアンレストランでは、使えないと言われて何だこれって思いもしました。
タイ料理のレストランは、びっくりするぐらい対応も良く料理も美味しく満足でした。
とても最高の旅行だったのですがチェックアウトしてタクシーを呼んでもらったのですが、まさかの請求額が10倍以上の金額とられました。
移動中も景色がいいとこ案内してあげるから5000ペソよこせと言われました。
ホテルが呼ぶタクシーぐらいまともなところを使って欲しいです。
最後に全てぶち壊されました。

We had a nice family vacation. We were there for 3 nights. We reached the resort early, they have us a room immediately! Nice first impression of the resort.
Nice bar with a lobby overlooking the sea. They have 3 restaurants, we tried all three, was good. The food at the Thai restaurant was exceptionally tasty, but it's a little expensive, we paid $100 for dinner for three.
There is also a Cafe and bakery, if you wish for a sandwich and an ice cream, it's a good place.
Breakfast is very good with an extensive offering.
The infinity pool was well maintained and we spent a lot of of time there. Was very nice. They also have a nice cozy white sand beach on the property. The tide is high during the day, and low in the evenings. The beach is nice during high tide.
Room service was good and prompt.
Only issue we saw- We had to ask for fresh towels, water and toiletries every day as this was not automatically stocked during room service.
Also there isn't much outside the resort. If you want to go someplace out of the resort, need to find a taxi to the city.
Otherwise a great resort to spend holidays in, quiet and relaxing. If you are here for a chill vacation, this is a perfect self sufficient resort.
Highly recommended.

세부 여행 처음가서 3일째 묵은 호텔입니다.
위치가 좀 외져서 들어가는곳에 시간이 너무 오래 걸렸구요
수영장 뷰 시설은 좋습니다
조식이랑 수질이 안좋아요… 필터가 바로 황갈색으로 변해버립니다 ㅜ

Not the best experience, too many issues to list but for a highly rated hotel, we expected way more than what we received. Rooms that smelled like mold and mildew (2 of them) gave up changing rooms. Spent the rest of our stay with a headache and upset stomach from the smell. Was charged over 300 US dollars to cancel a trip, they never told us there was a fee, our son had a fever and double ear infection so we could not go, but to top it all off the weather had a code orange, everyone at the hotel got this alert and all water activities were cancelled….. So much more, just not worth the money.
The only upside was the view, minus the abandoned ship that blocked the sunset.
