The hotel is located right at the train station, and so is perfect if you are catching the AMTRAK. The rooms were pleasant and the staff were friendly. The bar is very trendy though was understaffed and so whilst we were there, it took ages to get served.

My first approach when I arrived on site wasn’t good. The staff that was helping me was a lady. I didn’t get her name but she wasn’t friendly. Her demeanor wasn’t there at all like she was rushing. No biggie. I didn’t complain. I stayed in town for 3 days. When I got to my room it was a ADA room. I didn’t ask for. I didn’t complain. Turned tv on and could not watch. I called front desk the lady gave me such a lame excuse. Maintenance came. He spoke no English. Had to translate on phone. He fixed. But it immediately went off again. I started to ask for a new room all together but decided to just write review. I feel like they save the good rooms for the airport staff like the attendants and pilots as I seen a lot of them coming and going. River view not worth it at all on my end.

Our family stopped here while traveling home. It was close to where we were and needed to just stop for the night. Quick booking through my trip app, and the guy was nice when I was checking in. The room was okay, nothing special, honestly, which was surprising since it was a higher end hotel, but it was decent as far as cleanliness and enough beds for my family of 6. The beds are not that comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was decent, and coffee was good. Was in a good part of Memphis.

Alles war sauber und kühl, bis ich in die Dusche stieg und Schmutz aus der Tür kam! Auch das Wasser in der Dusche war nicht heiß! Das Wasser im Waschbecken war heißer als meine Dusche, aber ansonsten war es großartig!

직원들은 친절하고 위치도 괜찮았지만, 불편했던 점이 많음. 1. 방에 창문이 없어 신선한 공기를 마실 수 없음. 2. 조식 메뉴가 1달동안 같음. 3. 세면기 배수구가 고장나서 물을 담을 수 없음. 4. 냉장고는 음식물을 모두 얼려버림. (조절기능 없음) 5. 전자레인지를 작동하면 차단기가 내려감. 6. 방의 모든 전등을 끄려면 스위치 6개를 내려야 함.(한번에 모두 켜고 끌수 있는 기능없음) 7. 비둘기 둥지가 벽쪽에 있어서 푸드득 거리는 소리, 새 소리 등 소음이 종종 들림. 8. 에어컨 소리가 커서 전화통화를 할 땐 꺼야함.

酒店在孟菲斯市中心密西西比河邊上，門口走幾步路就可以上橋去島上，離比爾街也衹要走十幾分鍾。喜來登大樓比較顯眼，遠遠都能看到，出去逛不怕迷路。房間乾淨整潔，坐在大玻璃窗邊可以欣賞河景和金字塔。

I had a great time peaceful I was able to get some great sleep and the room was very neat and clean smell fresh the staff members were very polite I loved my stay at the hotel

Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten waren komfortabel, das Frühstück war gut und das Personal war freundlich. Das einzige, was ich nicht mag war der Pool ist nicht in Betrieb. Ich bleibe in diesem Hotel fast immer ich im Bereich bin und der Pool hat nie gearbeitet.

Strategische Position, um das Zentrum zu erreichen! Sauberes Motel, geräumiges Zimmer, sauberes Badezimmer, Warmluft funktionierte einwandfrei. Bequemes Bett, saubere Handtücher. Burger King hinter dem Gebäude. großer Parkplatz, Tankstelle hinter dem Gebäude. Ein Bus nach Graceland ist nur wenige Schritte vom Motel entfernt. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Absolut empfehlenswert!
