CCorey SaylesI had been staying downtown for a while, but due to the expensive parking and daily city life, I needed a break. Atwell Suites seemed like the perfect fit. It’s located away from the city, close to the airport, and has a modern design. The lobby offers great seating options for working or relaxing, along with amenities that some pricier hotels lack. The price per night was also very reasonable, which was a significant deciding factor. I ended up becoming an IHG member, extending my stay, and booking an extra night. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

DDustin PaulDas Hotel verfügt über eine unbegrenzte Lobby und freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer war sauber mit typischen Einrichtungen erwartet. Sie haben eine sehr große Fitnessanlage mit einer guten Auswahl an Ausstattung. Es gibt keinen Pool oder kostenfreies Frühstück, aber dieses Hotel hat alles, was ich brauchte, erfüllt. Ich war sehr zufrieden.

FFashion_PotatoIch blieb in der Westin die Nacht vor meinem Flug, weil ich nicht panisch wollte, wenn ich zum Flughafen zu Zeit. Ich hätte gehört, dass Westin gut ist und die Lage wirklich so bequem ist, so dass ich schluckte. Ich wünschte, ich hatte nicht. Das Zimmer war sehr grundlegende. Die Dusche war schön, aber es gab nichts über meinen Aufenthalt, das mich ”jeden Penny wert!” vor allem, weil sie für das Internet bezahlen.
Gute Dinge: Das Personal ist schön, obwohl es sicherlich unterbesetzt und ein wenig stressig erscheint. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Es ist AT Flughafen und so einfach zu navigieren! Ich bat um etwas Wasser und sie brachten viel. Das Zimmerservice war so gut.
Meh Dinge: Das Teppich machte mich super glücklich, dass ich meine eigenen Slips mitgebracht habe. Es schien nicht schmutzig, aber etwas über Teppich-Hotelzimmer sind wie ichkig. Die Kaffeetassen waren alles Papier und ich fühlte mich einfach, als ich viel Müll machte, als alles was ich wollte war Abendtee und Morgenkaffee.
Boo Dinge: nicht einmal eine Stunde kostenlosem WLAN? Nur sofort ”Zahlt 18 Dollar auf den Hunderten für ein Grundzimmer, so können Sie Ihre Familie sagen, dass Sie angekommen sind ok und stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie wissen, wo zum Flughafen morgen gehen.” Ich weiß nicht, ich bin kein Geschäftsmann, aber es fühlte sich sehr günstig und klein.

GGastnutzerIch war wegen eines medizinischen Auftretens auf meinem Flugzeug in Denver gefangen. Ich hatte 24 Stunden zu töten, und das Personal machte mich komfortabel und erlaubte mir einen 1:00 Uhr Check-out.
Gym-Maschine ist wirklich erstaunlich - wie ein Top pro Hausstudio. Hot Tub war meh, aber machte die Arbeit ...
Ich würde nochmal da bleiben, um den Preis, den es gut war.
Frontend Personal und Frühstückspersonal sehr hart und sorgen!!!

(1) Tea/Coffee available 24 hours, breakfast is simple but enough choices, egg, sausages, waffles, bread, oatmeal, juices, coffee, tea fruits
(2) Staff are professional, explain things well.
(3) Furnitures are slightly newer than the other Hampton I stay in.
What can be improved:
(1) I waited at Island 3 (Door 512) from 745pm till 830pm and called twice in order to secure the shuttle service. I saw other hotel shuttles already dropped by 4-5 times in that mins and even saw the other hotels shuttle, like Cambria dropped by within 30 mins. When I got to Hampton, it was already 850pm and also realised that the restaurant next door is closed. I understand that it maybe out of their usual service hour, yet I wonder if they can do a join venture service with other hotel brands so that customers could be picked up earlier.
(2) I was offered the room at the end of the corridor but there are loud water noise coming from the pipes when someone was using the toilet next door or upstairs. Since I was so tired after the longhaul and shorthaul flights and had not been sleeping for 30 hours, I went to sleep at night as usual. However, I am pretty sure that it would bother me when the day I am more sensitive to sound. I did not report it because it was just a short stay.
Overall, I would give a 4 star as the staff attitude (check in, check out and cleaning lady) and their service deserve great respect, standard up to par breakfast and clean room.

GGastnutzerThe stay was excellent. The hotel had a very fast and efficient check in process. The room was a lot larger than expected which was definitely a welcome surprise. The place was very quiet and the staff were a big help.
We accidentally misread the checkout time for our room while we were out for brunch. When we got to the hotel and our key cards stopped working, one of the staff members went out of her way to get us into our room so we could collect our belongings.
I would also like to mention the greeting card that the staff left for us in the room at check in. Those little touches are the things that really elevate the experience. Highly recommend, would love to stay again!

GGastnutzerWir blieben hier nur für den Abend. Wir gingen zum Baseballspiel und zurück. Es war ein schneller Aufenthalt und verbrachte nicht viel Zeit in unserem Zimmer. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Personal war freundlich, die Eincheckung war reibungslos und einfach. Ich konnte für die Mitgliedschaft in Marriott eingetragen werden.

SSarah B85The staff were super nice and helpful, rooms were clean and the atmosphere was pretty cool. Our biggest complaint is the giant see-through window in the shower that anyone in the bedroom could pretty much see you naked, that frosted glass was not blocking anything out. Probably fine if you’re in the room alone or with a partner, but if you maybe have friends for acquaintances stop by while you’re still getting ready or if you share a room with your kid… It’s just kind of weird.  There also was not an exhaust fan in the bathroom, which I think was needed. Also water from the shower door soaked the ground every time, but that’s pretty common in most hotel rooms with a glass door. It also would’ve been nice to have had more than two towels in the room.
I will still stay here again because I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the location was perfect for what I needed.

GGastnutzerI stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. There was no trash can in my room, but there were large trash cans in the corridor. The hair dryer on the bathroom wall did not work, but my hair was short, and it was summer. Thus, I did not mind it. Over the last 2 days, the Wi-Fi in my room did not work. I needed to go to the lobby because the Wi-Fi worked there. It appeared that other guests were also affected because I saw a guest sitting on the corridor floor in front of her room using a laptop. The air conditioning and refrigerator were both noisy, the parking lots sometimes was noisy, too; thus, I slept with earplugs. There was only a table and a chair in my room, which were enough for me because I travel along. If there are multiple people staying in this room, they cannot work at the table at the same time.
