Dieses charmante kleine Boutique-Hotel war hervorragend, außer für die Lage, die etwas aus dem alten Stadtgebiet war. Die Parkplätze waren für Hotelgäste kostenfrei und das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war für ein mittelgroßes Hotel mit warmem und kaltem Essen in Ordnung.

Wir sind so glücklich, im Swissôtel zu bleiben! Nicht nur haben wir eine kostenlose Upgrade erhalten, sondern wir haben tatsächlich auf das Signature Vitality Zimmer upgraded. Es verfügt über einen Innenraum-Studio und einen wirklich erstaunlichen Balkon. Alles ist so modern und nett. Sie haben auch einen super kompletten Spa, und das Frühstück ist lecker. Das Personal ist wirklich freundlich, und das Hotel steht direkt vor dem Ozean mit Bergen direkt hinter ihm. Es ist absolut schön ehrlich, wahrscheinlich der beste Ort hier um.

The spa pretty much is making the hotel , room is big , vintage still, the restaurant is good but they are calling this so called singing band, once the restaurant is quite busy they are coming over you and pretty much asking for money , is just a different way for beggars, same thing the restaurant around the corner i forgot the name . Of course you have the option to go eat on swissotel which doesn’t have this gypsy beggars coming over you .

Otel yıldızına göre çok iyi. Kaldığımız oda geniş, ferah ve temizdi. Kahvaltısı çok zengin olmasada, sunulan ürünler temiz ve lezzetliydi. Personel son derece Güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Tren garına yakın olması sebebiyle tercih etmemize rağmen rski kent merkezine yürüyerek gidip gelinebiliyor.Gönül rahatlığı içinde tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel.

Level 1 room 2 facing toilet with benches outside. Could hear the conversation of people sitting on bench. Very noisy. Door cannot lock properly. No repair done through we stayed for 3 nights. At 6am, the rubbish truck will come n it is very noisy. Counter staff not at desk when we left at 710am. No tissue or bottled water provided in the room.

Insgesamt war es ein guter Aufenthalt, das Zimmer ist recht geräumig und modern. Wir konnten in der Nähe einen Parkplatz finden.

Very near to the city square, black church, Catherine gate and so on. just a walking distance. The room is big as we expected to the romanian country and also food nearby and drinking or coffee vendo machine is very helpful for us. Staff is very helpful and never leave us unattended. They are okey to message directly or ask them for any question regarding the town since we are a tourist.

Everything met high standards from check-in to check-out. Location: Superb setting on Strada Lungă 5. It is situated right at the edge of the historic Old Town, making it easy to walk to the main square and city sights while offering easy transit connections (about 4 km from the main train station). The Room: We booked the Superior Twin Room. The room was exceptionally clean, modern, and quiet. The twin beds were comfortable with fresh linens, and the dedicated desk area with a coffee/espresso setup was great for relaxing. The keycard access system made entry seamless. Bathroom & Amenities: The bathroom was pristine, featuring vibrant turquoise mosaic tiles, a spacious walk-in shower with great water pressure, a wall-mounted hairdryer, and complete cleanliness. Having a stocked mini-fridge in the room was a very convenient touch. Service: The front desk staff were professional and accommodating, ensuring our requests were handled smoothly, including luggage storage. Good to know: Located on a main street, requesting a quiet room away from the elevator ensures a peaceful night's rest. Highly recommended for couples or solo travelers visiting Brașov!

Hotel ideal para una estancia rápido y de paso en Brasov. El desayuno básico pero con todo lo imprescindible para un desayuno completo. Parking gratuito y cerca de lugares emblemáticos y del centro, por lo que que tenga parking es un aspecto a valorar.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer guten Lage; das Zimmer ist super sauber und geräumig genug. Rundum war alles perfekt! Vielen herzlichen Dank.
