Although it is an old building, it is very well maintained, tastefully decorated in order to keep the charm and character of the building. "This is an excellent place to stay in Brașov. The main advantage is the location: you literally step out the door and are immediately on the charming streets of the old town. After a walk, it's very pleasant to return to your quiet corner right in the center. The room is spacious and cozy. I liked that the interior doesn't feel impersonal: the rug, sofa, and other details create a homey atmosphere. A large, comfortable bed, plenty of windows, and a separate small hallway make the space even more comfortable. I particularly want to highlight the very spacious shower – that's a rare and pleasant bonus. There's also a small inner courtyard within the building. As for the downsides, there's sometimes a not-so-pleasant smell in the common areas of the building, although it practically doesn't reach the room itself and didn't disturb my stay. Also, it's worth noting that these are apartments with contactless check-in, not a hotel. I didn't realize this right away: you can't leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out here, so it's best to plan your time and baggage in advance. Overall, the impressions were very positive, and thanks to the location, I would gladly stay here again."
