Die Lage war hervorragend, sodass wir flexibel zwischen den Besichtigungen ins Hotel zurückkehren konnten, um uns auszuruhen oder unser Gepäck abzustellen. Es war außerdem toll, dass es eine Badewanne gab, die man noch befüllen konnte. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben unser Gepäck vor und nach dem Check-in aufbewahrt. Im Flur gab es einen Heißwasserspender, was sehr praktisch war, um Instantnudeln zuzubereiten und Wasser zu holen.

Der Raum war kleiner als der beschriebene Bereich und die Raumtemperatur betrug nach zwei oder drei Stunden Einschalten immer noch 28 Grad Celsius und sank nur auf 26 Grad, nachdem sie die ganze Nacht eingeschaltet war. Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer sind auch sauber und der Service ist gut. Als ich mich über das Problem mit der Klimaanlage beschwerte, habe ich es mir sofort angesehen. Am really lucky to change my accommodation to At Home just along few days before the trip. At Home remind me of a chinese saying: 麻雀虽小，五脏俱全. Basically I booked the smallest room available and there are double bed, private toilet, shower gel/shampoo, hair dryer, snacks, drinking water etc. I would say that it's very suitable for solo backpacker with all the privacy in place. Soundproofing is also good for ultra light-sleeper like me. Bed is comfy for me but pillow is very thin even i stacked 2 together & shower water is hot and strong. Please note that there is no housekeeping services during the stay. Customer service is prompt via Line and assistance is almost immediately although there is no people in counter. Location is superb too. Everything is so convenient staying there. I will not hesitate to stay there again if travelling solo next time. Thanks... I feel At Home for the past few nights..

Zunächst einmal ist die Lage fantastisch. In Taiwan regnet es oft, daher war es unglaublich praktisch, vom Flughafen Taoyuan direkt zum Bahnhof Taipeh und zum Ausgang M6 zu gelangen, ohne das Hotel verlassen zu müssen. Es gibt auch eine Gepäckaufbewahrung, sodass ich nach dem Souvenirkauf mein Gepäck im Hotel lassen und abends ausgehen konnte. Die Zimmer sind sauber und es gibt einen Fitnessraum. Besonders angenehm war auch das japanischsprachige Personal. Das beigefügte Foto zeigt die Aussicht auf Taipeh vom Garten im 20. Stock.

Alle Mitarbeiter waren von Anfang bis Ende sehr nett und es war hilfreich, jemanden zu haben, der Japanisch sprechen konnte. Das Ein- und Auschecken verlief reibungslos. Sind die Haare eines früheren Gastes im Zimmer? Es war nur noch eine Flasche übrig, aber ansonsten war es sehr sauber und komfortabel. Es war nicht besonders geräumig, aber da ich tagsüber Sightseeing machte und größtenteils nur schlief, reichte es für meine Bedürfnisse. Obwohl es ein wenig weit von den Bahnhöfen Taipei, Zhongshan und Shandaoji entfernt ist, sind sie alle bequem zu Fuß erreichbar! Empfohlen für Sightseeing in Taipeh.

Ich kehre oft nach Taiwan zurück, um Verwandte und Freunde zu besuchen, und habe in vielen verschiedenen Hotels in Taipeh übernachtet. Dieses Mal war es am wärmsten. Vielen Dank an Tracy, Noris und Jenny für ihre geduldigen Antworten auf E-Mails und ihre Unterstützung sowie an Wendy und das gesamte Personal an der Rezeption für ihre Betreuung. Die Kinder freuten sich auch sehr über verschiedene kleine Überraschungen zu ihrem Geburtstag🥳 Neben dem hervorragenden Service aller Mitarbeiter ist auch die Lage des Hotels sehr gut. Es gibt viele leckere Restaurants in der Nähe und es liegt ganz in der Nähe meiner Lieblingseinkaufsorte Nancy Eslite und Zhongshan. Empfehlenswerte Hotelsuiten, sehr gut geeignet für Familienreisen.

Since the beginning of 2025, hotels in Taiwan won't provide amenities, so the convenient store can be used to purchase any if you need them. Drop-off and Pick-up in the area is slightly askew, do be careful as it's beside the traffic light. Counters for check-in are locate at level 3, The room is a good size; I'm able to open my luggage fully. However, the walls are slightly thin, so neighboring up or side rooms closing doors or accidental bumps are heard from time to time. The bathroom has a separated toilet (with bidet), bathing, and bathtub. The concierge folks are friendly and able to store luggage to return for collection on the last day.

GGastnutzer1. Misleading Entrance Signage Upon arrival, we followed the signage pasted on a pillar that directed guests to a staircase entrance. However, when we reached that entrance, we were shocked to find the door marked with the sign “来宾止步” (“Guests Stop Here”). When we raised this with your staff, we were told that this entrance has not been in use since the COVID-19 period. While we understand that certain operations may have changed during the pandemic, COVID-19 restrictions have ended for more than two years. If the primary entrance has been permanently closed, why has no corrective action been taken and the misleading signage still left there? Carrying heavy luggage up and down a sloped path unnecessarily was frustrating and avoidable. 2. No Staff Assistance or Clear Signage at the New Entrance When we finally located the new entrance, there were no staff members on standby to assist us, nor was there any clear external signage indicating that this was the correct way to access the lobby. The explanation given later was that all staff were away assisting with parking which is not acceptable. At least one person should have been assigned to remain at the entrance, or the last person leaving should have arranged for another colleague to cover the position. In addition, the Operations Director mentioned that there is signage inside the new entrance directing guests to take the elevator to the lobby. However, this logic is flawed. If guests cannot locate the correct entrance in the first place, how could they possibly see a sign placed inside? 3. Poorly Trained and Unprofessional Front Desk Behavior After struggling outside, we called the number listed on Google. Only then did someone finally come out and lead us in. By that time, we were exhausted and upset. When we confronted the front desk staff about why they ignored us, despite us clearly visible outside the “来宾止步” glass door, making eye contact and knocking for help, but they claimed they “did not see us.” This excuse was clearly untrue, as we observed them looking in our direction. Even more disappointing, none of the front desk staff offered an apology even until we requested to speak to the Operations Director and asked him to review the CCTV footage. After reviewing the footage, the Operations Director confirmed that the front desk had not been alert and apologized on their behalf. However, he did not acknowledge that the front desk’s attitude and lack of sincerity were also serious problems. Being “not alert enough” and showing no sense of apology or empathy are two entirely different issues. As an international hotel, the front desk is the first impression of your service. Regardless of the quality of your facilities, this poor experience completely overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. It also severely damages the reputation of Kagaya Group — a brand that has long been admired for its exemplary Japanese hospitality and politeness. Although we appreciate the Operations Director’s effort to make amends by offering us a meal and gifts (which we declined), it remains undeniable that this incident reflects a failure in staff training and management oversight. We hope that management will seriously review this incident, especially the issues of: - Inadequate and misleading signage at the entrance - Lack of staff presence and assistance upon guest arrival - Poor front desk awareness and unprofessional behavior We trust that Kagaya Group will uphold its proud tradition of service by addressing these problems promptly and ensuring no other guests experience such treatment in the future. 홀홀여자Ich kam gegen 10 Uhr an und fand es sehr angenehm, dass bereits eine Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war, sodass ich mein Gepäck abgeben konnte. Beim Einchecken wurde mir freundlicherweise alles auf Englisch erklärt, was sehr praktisch war. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Man kann Handtücher und Hausschuhe mieten, und da es ein reines Frauenhotel ist, dachte ich, das Badezimmer sei ebenfalls nur für Frauen. Es wurde aber auch von Männern benutzt. Außerdem gab es nur zwei Badezimmer, was ziemlich unpraktisch war, da ich während des Duschens nicht gleichzeitig duschen konnte. ㅠㅜ Es gibt aber auch noch ein Badezimmer im Untergeschoss. Es gibt Waschmaschinen und Trockner im Hotel die man rund um die Uhr nutzen kann. Zudem eine Bar und Frühstück, das rein taiwanischem Frühstück entspricht. Leider sind die Zimmer im Keller sehr hellhörig. Jeder Luftzug oder Huster der Nachbarn ist hörbar.

ぴぴぴぴぴぴすけEs war super praktisch, direkt neben dem Bahnhof Taipeh! Gleich draußen gibt es einen Supermarkt und ein Starbucks, und morgens findet man unzählige taiwanesische Imbissstände fürs Frühstück! Außerdem ist gleich nebenan eine Apotheke, sodass man alles Nötige problemlos besorgen kann. Das Zimmer war gerade groß genug für ein großes Handgepäckstück. Das Privatzimmer war mit Dusche und WC ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Handtücher und das Bett waren geruchsneutral und sehr bequem! Der Föhn funktionierte einwandfrei. Mein Handgepäck wurde auch aufbewahrt, und die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren sehr hilfsbereit. Die Tür verriegelt sich automatisch, was mich etwas beunruhigt, aber vielleicht liegt es daran, dass Taiwan ein sicheres Land ist. 😉 Die Wände sind etwas dünn, daher kann man die Geräusche von den Leuten, die kommen und gehen, etwas hören, aber man wird davon nicht geweckt, wenn man einschläft. Bei diesem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis würde ich diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall bei meiner nächsten Taiwanreise wieder buchen! Vielen Dank!
