Der Zustand des Zimmers war sehr gut, vielleicht weil es renoviert wurde.
Dieses Hotel verfügt über einen Schalter auf der 14. Etage und ist nur auf der 13. und 14. Etage geöffnet.
Es eignet sich gut für einen Besuch des Taipei 101 Tower, der Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall usw.
Es gibt einen Supermarkt und McDonald's in der Nähe!
Ich habe gehört, dass man zum Frühstück Essen per Lieferservice wählen kann.
Persönlich empfehle ich es nicht.
Es ist etwas weit von Ximen entfernt, aber mit dem Bus oder Taxi ist es eine gute Entfernung! Ich habe um ein Zimmer mit Blick auf Taipeh gebeten, aber der Ausblick ist nicht so gut, wie ich erwartet hatte. Machen Sie also keine zu hohen Erwartungen! Die Bodenhöhe ist etwas niedrig und wirkt dennoch offen. Die Zimmergröße ist angemessen und die Schalldämmung ist gut. Enttäuschend ist, dass es in der Nähe nicht viele Restaurants gibt und es weit von Ximen entfernt ist!

Das Hotel ist Ende Januar völlig neu eröffnet und das Gesamtaufenthaltserlebnis ist sehr erstaunlich. Von der Tür in die Tür kann man neue Einrichtungen und ein detailliertes Design fühlen. Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel, insbesondere Bettwäsche, weiche und Unterstütze, und machen die Menschen eine gute Nacht. Es ist schwieriger, die professionellen und freundlichen Mitarbeiter des Servicepersonals zu fühlen, ob es sich um eine Rezeption oder um einen Gästezimmerservice handelt. Es ist ein sehr angenehmes und empfehlenswertes Aufenthaltserlebnis, das hohe Niveau von Hardware bis Service zeigt.

Ich wohnte im 8. Stock, der über ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche verfügte. Die Aufteilung hatte einen kleinen Konstruktionsfehler: Durch die vermeintlich getrennten Nass- und Trockenbereiche war der Boden nach dem Duschen oft nass. Davon abgesehen war die Ausstattung insgesamt gut, und ich würde wieder dort übernachten. Das Zimmer war nicht richtig gesaugt, was zu Punktabzug in der Kategorie Sauberkeit führte. Die übrigen Annehmlichkeiten waren sehr durchdacht, und es gab eine Auswahl an Raum- und Textilerfrischern. Wenn man einen passenden Duft fand, konnte man ihn direkt an der Rezeption kaufen – super!
Das Hotel bietet Frühstück an, also unbedingt nutzen! Wenn ich 100 Punkte vergeben müsste, würde ich 120 geben! Es herrscht eine sehr einladende Atmosphäre, die einen guten Start in die Reise ermöglicht!

Wir checkten super spät ein, so gegen 3 Uhr morgens. Ich informierte das Hotel vorher. Man konnte ihnen eine E-Mail schreiben oder über trip.com anrufen. Sie ermöglichten den Online-Check-in mit QR-Code. Das Einchecken war ganz einfach. Das Gebäude war rund um die Uhr geöffnet. Im 7. Stock scannten wir einfach den QR-Code und die Schlüsselkarte in einem kleinen Schließfach öffnete sich. Wir bekamen sofort unsere Schlüsselkarte. Wir konnten problemlos einchecken. Stellen Sie einfach sicher, dass Sie an dem Tag Internet hatten, damit Sie sich registrieren und den QR-Code im Hotel erhalten konnten. Insgesamt war es ein gutes Hotel, sehr unkompliziert, sauber, das Zimmer sehr groß, das Wasser in unserem Zimmer hatte eine Heizung, einen Föhn und Handtücher.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. 🥰😍 Das Auschecken war kinderleicht, da kein Personal da war. Als wir abreisten, warfen wir einfach die Schlüsselkarte auf den Tresen und los gings. 😍

Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Ausgangs 1 der MRT und in der Nähe befindet sich ein kleiner Nachtmarkt, wo man Essen kaufen kann.
Das Zimmer war recht sauber und ordentlich, und der Schreibtisch bot ausreichend Platz für viele Lebensmittel. Zahnbürste und Zahnpasta sind nicht vorhanden, bringen Sie daher bitte Ihre eigenen mit. Es gibt zwei Aufzüge, die direkt zu den Hoteletagen fahren, was sehr praktisch ist.

Ich war mit meinem viertägigen Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden, daher möchte ich hier einen Kommentar abgeben.
Ich kehre oft nach Taiwan zurück, um Verwandte und Freunde zu besuchen, und habe in vielen verschiedenen Hotels in Taipeh übernachtet. Dieses Mal war es am wärmsten.
Vielen Dank an Tracy, Noris und Jenny für ihre geduldigen Antworten auf E-Mails und ihre Unterstützung sowie an Wendy und das gesamte Personal an der Rezeption für ihre Betreuung. Die Kinder freuten sich auch sehr über verschiedene kleine Überraschungen zu ihrem Geburtstag🥳
Neben dem hervorragenden Service aller Mitarbeiter ist auch die Lage des Hotels sehr gut. Es gibt viele leckere Restaurants in der Nähe und es liegt ganz in der Nähe meiner Lieblingseinkaufsorte Nancy Eslite und Zhongshan.
Empfehlenswerte Hotelsuiten, sehr gut geeignet für Familienreisen.

GGastnutzer1. Misleading Entrance Signage
Upon arrival, we followed the signage pasted on a pillar that directed guests to a staircase entrance. However, when we reached that entrance, we were shocked to find the door marked with the sign “来宾止步” (“Guests Stop Here”). When we raised this with your staff, we were told that this entrance has not been in use since the COVID-19 period. While we understand that certain operations may have changed during the pandemic, COVID-19 restrictions have ended for more than two years. If the primary entrance has been permanently closed, why has no corrective action been taken and the misleading signage still left there? Carrying heavy luggage up and down a sloped path unnecessarily was frustrating and avoidable.
2. No Staff Assistance or Clear Signage at the New Entrance
When we finally located the new entrance, there were no staff members on standby to assist us, nor was there any clear external signage indicating that this was the correct way to access the lobby. The explanation given later was that all staff were away assisting with parking which is not acceptable. At least one person should have been assigned to remain at the entrance, or the last person leaving should have arranged for another colleague to cover the position. In addition, the Operations Director mentioned that there is signage inside the new entrance directing guests to take the elevator to the lobby. However, this logic is flawed. If guests cannot locate the correct entrance in the first place, how could they possibly see a sign placed inside?
3. Poorly Trained and Unprofessional Front Desk Behavior
After struggling outside, we called the number listed on Google. Only then did someone finally come out and lead us in. By that time, we were exhausted and upset. When we confronted the front desk staff about why they ignored us, despite us clearly visible outside the “来宾止步” glass door, making eye contact and knocking for help, but they claimed they “did not see us.” This excuse was clearly untrue, as we observed them looking in our direction. Even more disappointing, none of the front desk staff offered an apology even until we requested to speak to the Operations Director and asked him to review the CCTV footage. After reviewing the footage, the Operations Director confirmed that the front desk had not been alert and apologized on their behalf. However, he did not acknowledge that the front desk’s attitude and lack of sincerity were also serious problems. Being “not alert enough” and showing no sense of apology or empathy are two entirely different issues.
As an international hotel, the front desk is the first impression of your service. Regardless of the quality of your facilities, this poor experience completely overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. It also severely damages the reputation of Kagaya Group — a brand that has long been admired for its exemplary Japanese hospitality and politeness. Although we appreciate the Operations Director’s effort to make amends by offering us a meal and gifts (which we declined), it remains undeniable that this incident reflects a failure in staff training and management oversight.
We hope that management will seriously review this incident, especially the issues of:
- Inadequate and misleading signage at the entrance
- Lack of staff presence and assistance upon guest arrival
- Poor front desk awareness and unprofessional behavior
We trust that Kagaya Group will uphold its proud tradition of service by addressing these problems promptly and ensuring no other guests experience such treatment in the future.

AAnonymer BenutzerDas Hotel ist nicht weit vom Hauptbahnhof Taipeh entfernt. Sie können den Ausgang Z4 (mit Aufzug) nehmen und es sind nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß von den Ausgängen Z4, Z2 und M6. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber sauber und gut genug zum Schlafen. Das Personal spricht Englisch und Sie können Ihr Gepäck vor dem Einchecken und nach dem Auschecken dort lassen.

홀홀여자Ich kam gegen 10 Uhr an und fand es sehr angenehm, dass bereits eine Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war, sodass ich mein Gepäck abgeben konnte. Beim Einchecken wurde mir freundlicherweise alles auf Englisch erklärt, was sehr praktisch war. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Man kann Handtücher und Hausschuhe mieten, und da es ein reines Frauenhotel ist, dachte ich, das Badezimmer sei ebenfalls nur für Frauen. Es wurde aber auch von Männern benutzt. Außerdem gab es nur zwei Badezimmer, was ziemlich unpraktisch war, da ich während des Duschens nicht gleichzeitig duschen konnte. ㅠㅜ Es gibt aber auch noch ein Badezimmer im Untergeschoss. Bitte beachten Sie das. Die Lage ist gut.

VVivi_93Ein sauberes Hotel mit super Service. Die Angestellten sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sauber. Es gibt Waschmaschinen und Trockner im Hotel die man rund um die Uhr nutzen kann. Zudem eine Bar und Frühstück, das rein taiwanischem Frühstück entspricht. Leider sind die Zimmer im
Keller sehr hellhörig. Jeder Luftzug oder Huster der Nachbarn ist hörbar.

Wwong magdaleneDas Hotel ist wirklich toll! Waren für eine Nacht hier! Das Einchecken verlief reibungslos und der Kundenservice war ebenfalls großartig und hat mir bei meiner Anfrage weitergeholfen. Es gibt auch eine kostenlose Gepäckaufbewahrung, was wirklich toll ist. Außerdem gibt es in der Lobby Snacks und Getränke, die Sie kostenlos genießen können. Das Zimmer ist zwar etwas klein, aber insgesamt ist es in Ordnung. Die Lage ist auch nicht schlecht, da Ximending zu Fuß erreichbar ist und auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe liegen. Es gibt auch einen Family Mart oder 7-11, aus dem Sie für Ihre Snacks bis spät in die Nacht wählen können.

ぴぴぴぴぴぴすけEs war super praktisch, direkt neben dem Bahnhof Taipeh! Gleich draußen gibt es einen Supermarkt und ein Starbucks, und morgens findet man unzählige taiwanesische Imbissstände fürs Frühstück! Außerdem ist gleich nebenan eine Apotheke, sodass man alles Nötige problemlos besorgen kann.
Das Zimmer war gerade groß genug für ein großes Handgepäckstück.
Das Privatzimmer war mit Dusche und WC ausgestattet und sehr sauber.
Die Handtücher und das Bett waren geruchsneutral und sehr bequem!
Der Föhn funktionierte einwandfrei.
Mein Handgepäck wurde auch aufbewahrt, und die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren sehr hilfsbereit.
Die Tür verriegelt sich automatisch, was mich etwas beunruhigt, aber vielleicht liegt es daran, dass Taiwan ein sicheres Land ist. 😉
