Lake Isabella RV Resort

Love this place. Across the street from the lake. Genie is great. Complaining from me.

As we pulled up to the parking lot at check-in time 3pm, I received a call from the front desk that the air conditioner was frozen. It was 106° outside, no way I was going to stay there. I cancelled my stay. At 7pm, I received another call that the a/c was working now. Too late, we had already settled in to my cousin's RV. The next morning, I cancelled that night's stay as well because we weren't about to pack everything up again just to settling in to that RV. Seemed pointless and too much trouble. I received a text from the front desk that I was going to be charged for one night's stay. I told them it wasn't my fault that the a/c wasnt working. And I cancelled my 2nd night stay with plenty of time to rent it out to someone else. The nerve of them!! As soon as you walk in to the front desk, you get welcomed with the smell of smoke. I carried that smell with me to the car because my family members could smell it. I was disappointed with this RV Park and I don't recommend staying there.

The property was conveniently located across a road to the lake with a good view of the lake. The road noise could be quite disturbing during the night. There was a pool which was nice and the owner was very friendly and gave us some charcoal to use. The RV itself needed a good clean and some TLC and most of the lights did not working. There were stains on the chair covers that could have easily been taken off and washed. The TV would only work if you wanted to view a DVD. I would NOT recommend anyone staying here.

The trailer was perfect for my sister and me. Excellent price, and the nearby town has plenty of dinner options.

We just stayed one night between Death Valley and Fresno. We wanted to spend some time at Lake Isabella. The drive around the lake was beautiful. The RV we stayed at was clean, comfortable, and everything worked. I would stay there again if in the area.

My party and I were staying at another place and decided we wanted to stay near Lake Isabella another night. There were no more rooms available except one so I grabbed it. I didnt even read the details about it(even thought it was posted clearly). When we got there I learned we had rented out an RV. It was so much fun. It was perfect for us. Comfy, clean had air conditioning working shower, stover, refrigerator and toilet. There were 3 of us and it even had a pull out bed. It was more comfy than the room we stayed at the night before. The pool was super clean and didnt smell like it was over done with chlorine. There wasn't a tv (which we didnt care, we werent there to watch tv anyway) however, there was wifi if you needed it. The front desk lady was really nice and checking in and out were very easy. Yes, there are other people living there but they were also nice an helpful. We will definitely be back!

For the most part was ok Except the air condition was not cooling when temperatures were over 100 degrees. It will be better if you travel in cooler months.
