About as high-end a hotel as you'll find in Bolivia, though it's beginning to show its age (for instance there are a lot of cracked windows, and the rooftop pool/bar would provide an even more wonderful view if the perspex screen around it wasn't in so much need of a good cleaning). Most clients appear to be in tour groups or on business trips. I showed up after 3 days in the jungle covered in sweat and mud, and they seemed keen to get me out of the lobby as quickly as possible. It's at the end of a cul de sac and a bit of a slog from the nearest shops, restaurants, etc, but as a place to unwind after some hard trekking it fit the bill. I suspected (later confirmed) I had broken two ribs while trekking, and want to give particular props to the masseur who did absolutely the right thing by declining my appointment request and advising me to just take it easy - his professionalism probably saved my back further damage and I don't know too many in his position who would have made that call. Thank you.

English & Español (debajo) I called the hotel and asked them if they offered any special honeymoon accommodations. I was told to include a comment in my reservation mentioning that I wanted the honeymoon package. I made a reservation through the Los Tajibos website. The morning after making the reservation I called to make sure they had made a note about my request and got verbal confirmation of such. When we arrived nothing of what they had mentioned (rose petals, champagne bottle, or breakfast in bed next morning) were set up or scheduled. To makes matters even worse, the room smelt like a wet dog. I went to the front desk with my complains. To no avail I was told that there was nothing they could do and that didn’t see my request on their system. I tried to be proactive and tell them that I was willing to even pay more to find a quick solution to the matter, but I was turned down and told there was nothing they could do. To make matters even worse, I tried to use the shower later that day and the cold water was shut off making it impossible to jump in the shower because of the scorching hot water. I was told by a staff member that this may be due to the work they are doing on the new buildings. Nevertheless, at no point during my stay or to this day was I offered an apology or remediation. I spend half of the year staying in different hotels and this has been by far the worst experience and service. I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere for your lounging accommodations. Los Tajibos didn’t measure up to the special occasion and didn’t even try to make up for it. I have a really hard time understanding how it is 5-star hotel is specially compared to other newer alternatives in Santa Cruz. As I side note, I also had dinner at Jardin de Asia and had to wait over 90 min to get our food after ordering. Unfortunately, this hotel has become a far cry from what it once was. FYI: I stayed in room 156 on December 30th, 2021. Llamé al hotel y les pregunté si ofrecían algún paquete especial para luna de miel. Das Fernsehen war ständig schwach, sie haben nie Handtücher für zwei Personen hinterlassen, sie rufen auf die Rezeption und beantworteten nicht.Im Bad fanden sich Schranken und Reinigungspersonal wurde informiert, dass sie das Bad trotz der Situation nicht richtig reinigt und Sie haben die Tote Schalenfülle, die wir gefunden hatten, gelassen, und nicht nur die Schalenfülle waren im Badezimmer, sondern auch im Schalenfüller, es wurde auch im Rezeption berichtet. Leider gab es auch Schalenfülle im Kühlschrank. Ein schlimmer Aufenthalt im Hotel hat uns nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung für das, was passiert ist, weil es etwas Wichtiges ist, dass sie nichts von der Vorsorge und der Sorgfalt nehmen. Ich würde es niemandem empfehlen und würde auch nicht zurückkehren.

Im Hotel selbst sagt er, es sind 5 Sterne, aber nicht Der einzige positive Punkt ist die Lage. Die Verpflegung ist sehr trocken. Als wir den Rezeptor erreichten war sehr trocken, und er hat das Zimmer nur um 14 Uhr freigegeben, auch wenn er vorhin bereit war, bezahlten wir für Kaffee, da wir um 9 Uhr morgens waren. Was Enttäuschung. Frühstück sehr, sehr schlecht. Im Vergleich zu einem 4-Sterne-Hotel in Brasilien ist der Frühstücksausschuß dieses Hotel mit 2. Keine Sorten, sind die Zubereitungen nicht schmackhaft. Das Zimmer war schön, aber die Klimaanlage war ganz allein aus, was dazu beigetragen hat, dass wir eine schlimme Nacht hatten, da sie alle 30 Minuten ausging und wir aufstehen mussten, um anzurufen. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über den Betrag, den ich für den Tag bezahlt habe, und ich nenne das Hotel nicht.

Localização interessante para mim, atendeu muito bem ao que eu necessitava. Os quartos dispõe de sala, mini cozinha, varanda, quarto e banheiro. A cama é bem confortável. A decoração é um pouco antiga, mas nada ao meu ver que desabone. As televisões em cada quarto são de uma forma, bem como os utensílios que são disponibilizados. O que é unânime são copos, xícaras, 4 pratos e 4 jogos de talheres, uma espátula ou uma colher. Alguns quartos dispõe de panela, outros de frigideira, e outros ambos. Senti muita falta de uma panela no meu quarto, por conta da diferença de alimentação na Bolívia. Também alguns quartos dispõe de carpete e outros de piso. Se tem alergia, já sinalize na reserva para não ter problemas. O que mais achei que poderia ser um ponto de melhoria, seria um restaurante funcionante para serviço de quarto! Faz muita falta! O café da manhã que servem no quarto é extremamente caro e com itens muito básicos (sucrilhos, uma fruta, iogurte, suco, tudo semipronto/industrializado). Outro ponto é o teatro. Se for uma estadia longa, peça sempre quartos mais altos para não incomodar o barulho até aproximadamente meia noite. No mais, tive uma estadia agradável. O staff era cuidadoso e simpático, bem receptivo.

Das Badezimmer ist gut komplett, hat Trockner, Shampoo, Klimaanlage und flüssige Seife. Ich hatte nicht viele Möglichkeiten zum Frühstück, ich hatte einen Sandwich, um eine heiße Mischung zu machen, da die Maschine, die dort hatte, nur das Brot in Torten verwandelte. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut und von zu gehen zu Fuß bis zum Platz am 24. September. Es ist ein mehr Wohngebiet und hat wenige Restaurant- und Bar-Optionen zu gehen in der Nacht, so müssen Sie einen Transport zu gehen zu Bars und Restaurants holen. Das Wi-Fi war ein bisschen langsam, was für jene, die von Haus zu Hause reisen wollen, schlecht sein kann.

Wir fragten um Empfang und sie waren unwissend. Sie bewegten uns Zimmer, aber das zweite Zimmer war der WasserTemperatur im Jacuzzi nicht warm und als die Luftschiffe aufgeschaltet wurden, gab es einen schrecklichen Geruch. Wir hatten keine Mühe, wieder zu fragen, da wir glaubten, niemand verwendete sie.

Ich habe im Hotel Camino Real seit vielen Jahren mit 12-14 Besuchen pro Jahr angegeben. Sie haben mich immer wie eine Familie behandelt und meine Anfragen und Bedürfnisse wie kein anderes Hotel, das ich angegeben habe, behandelt. Das Personal behandelt mich wie eine Familie und ist freundlich und hilfreich all die Zeit. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und mein Lieblingsmahl am Tag. Der Fitnessraum ist ein bisschen klein, aber komplett genug, um nach einem Tag Arbeit in ein gutes zu kommen. Die Lage ist hervorragend mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants in der Nähe von Fußgänger. Hoch empfohlen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut und von zu gehen zu Fuß bis zum Platz am 24. September. Es ist ein mehr Wohngebiet und hat wenige Restaurant- und Bar-Optionen zu gehen in der Nacht, so müssen Sie einen Transport zu gehen zu Bars und Restaurants holen. Das Wi-Fi war ein bisschen langsam, was für jene, die von Haus zu Hause reisen wollen, schlecht sein kann.

Ein schlimmer Aufenthalt im Hotel hat uns nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung für das, was passiert ist, weil es etwas Wichtiges ist, dass sie nichts von der Vorsorge und der Sorgfalt nehmen. Ich würde es niemandem empfehlen und würde auch nicht zurückkehren.

Als wir den Rezeptor erreichten war sehr trocken, und er hat das Zimmer nur um 14 Uhr freigegeben, auch wenn er vorhin bereit war, bezahlten wir für Kaffee, da wir um 9 Uhr morgens waren. Was Enttäuschung. Frühstück sehr, sehr schlecht. Im Vergleich zu einem 4-Sterne-Hotel in Brasilien ist der Frühstücksausschuß dieses Hotel mit 2. Keine Sorten, sind die Zubereitungen nicht schmackhaft. Das Zimmer war schön, aber die Klimaanlage war ganz allein aus, was dazu beigetragen hat, dass wir eine schlimme Nacht hatten, da sie alle 30 Minuten ausging und wir aufstehen mussten, um anzurufen. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über den Betrag, den ich für den Tag bezahlt habe, und ich nenne das Hotel nicht.

Senti muita falta de uma panela no meu quarto, por conta da diferença de alimentação na Bolívia. Também alguns quartos dispõe de carpete e outros de piso. Se tem alergia, já sinalize na reserva para não ter problemas. O que mais achei que poderia ser um ponto de melhoria, seria um restaurante funcionante para serviço de quarto! Faz muita falta! O café da manhã que servem no quarto é extremamente caro e com itens muito básicos (sucrilhos, uma fruta, iogurte, suco, tudo semipronto/industrializado). Outro ponto é o teatro. Se for uma estadia longa, peça sempre quartos mais altos para não incomodar o barulho até aproximadamente meia noite. No mais, tive uma estadia agradável. O staff era cuidadoso e simpático, bem receptivo.

Bei einer Suite gibt es drei Zimmer. Der Zimmerpreis wird nach der Anzahl der Zimmer berechnet. Ein Zimmer kostet etwa 50 Dollar. Außerdem hat jedes Zimmer grundsätzlich eine Toilette, es gibt zwei Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, zwei Toiletten, ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche und im zweiten Stock gibt es nur ein Zimmer und eine Toilette. Das Hotel ist in jeder Hinsicht gut und ist ein sehr gutes Hotel in Santa Cruz. Die Lage ist etwas weit vom zentralen Platz entfernt und erfordert ein Taxi. Ein Taxi zum Flughafen kostet 17 Dollar. Santa Cruz, die zweitgrößte Stadt Boliviens, ist eine wirtschaftlich entwickelte, schlichte Stadt, die als „Shanghai“ Boliviens bekannt ist. Auf dem Weg vom Flughafen zum Hotel scheinen wir an der tropischen Südsee angekommen zu sein, ganz grün und subtropisch, und das Plateau Uyuni, das morgens abfliegt, ist nur zwei Welten, zwei Klimazonen.

Ich habe im Hotel Camino Real seit vielen Jahren mit 12-14 Besuchen pro Jahr angegeben. Sie haben mich immer wie eine Familie behandelt und meine Anfragen und Bedürfnisse wie kein anderes Hotel, das ich angegeben habe, behandelt. Das Personal behandelt mich wie eine Familie und ist freundlich und hilfreich all die Zeit. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und mein Lieblingsmahl am Tag. Der Fitnessraum ist ein bisschen klein, aber komplett genug, um nach einem Tag Arbeit in ein gutes zu kommen. Die Lage ist hervorragend mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants in der Nähe von Fußgänger. Hoch empfohlen.

About as high-end a hotel as you'll find in Bolivia, though it's beginning to show its age (for instance there are a lot of cracked windows, and the rooftop pool/bar would provide an even more wonderful view if the perspex screen around it wasn't in so much need of a good cleaning). Most clients appear to be in tour groups or on business trips. I showed up after 3 days in the jungle covered in sweat and mud, and they seemed keen to get me out of the lobby as quickly as possible. It's at the end of a cul de sac and a bit of a slog from the nearest shops, restaurants, etc, but as a place to unwind after some hard trekking it fit the bill. I suspected (later confirmed) I had broken two ribs while trekking, and want to give particular props to the masseur who did absolutely the right thing by declining my appointment request and advising me to just take it easy - his professionalism probably saved my back further damage and I don't know too many in his position who would have made that call. Thank you.

Im Hotel selbst sagt er, es sind 5 Sterne, aber nicht Der einzige positive Punkt ist die Lage. Die Verpflegung ist sehr trocken. Als wir den Rezeptor erreichten war sehr trocken, und er hat das Zimmer nur um 14 Uhr freigegeben, auch wenn er vorhin bereit war, bezahlten wir für Kaffee, da wir um 9 Uhr morgens waren. Was Enttäuschung. Frühstück sehr, sehr schlecht. Im Vergleich zu einem 4-Sterne-Hotel in Brasilien ist der Frühstücksausschuß dieses Hotel mit 2. Keine Sorten, sind die Zubereitungen nicht schmackhaft. Das Zimmer war schön, aber die Klimaanlage war ganz allein aus, was dazu beigetragen hat, dass wir eine schlimme Nacht hatten, da sie alle 30 Minuten ausging und wir aufstehen mussten, um anzurufen. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über den Betrag, den ich für den Tag bezahlt habe, und ich nenne das Hotel nicht.
