Baldi Hot Springs Hotel & Spa

Amazing amazing amazing! I want to go back already! Hot springs were amazing, I love the option of having at least one of the hot springs open 24/7, they change it each night for cleaning purposes, they’re very strict on the towels, each one is literally accounted for otherwise there is a fee per towel, no big deal as long as you keep track, didn’t really need to carry a towel around anyway, the only downside I’d have to say was the Italian restaurant was much better then the buffet option, also the slides are pretty intense, I actually hurt my foot on one of them, but it didn’t stop the fun. Wish I were back there!

温泉很舒服，環境非常漂亮，據説是純天然火山温泉，分多個池子，越往上越熱，越往下越涼。酒店服務也不錯，對剛到的人會贈送一杯酒茶，神清氣爽。不過瑕疵的是酒店房間的衞生間浴池下水道可能堵了，體驗這塊不好，房間號是1204。

The staff were very courteous. They were helpful and very well mannered

熱帶雨林的温泉花園優美自然，非常適合全家出遊泡温泉♨️，從酒店花園看火山有遮擋，稍顯不足因為各種植物過於高大。

AWFUL! Upon arriving we thought, nice hotel. At the front desk we were Immediately told we would be charged $200 extra dollars per day for our adult daughters who came as a last minute decision. This brought our total per night to $530. For that we were told we would be given exactly 4 towels & charged $10 p/towel if any went missing. Have never been told how many towels I would be allotted at a hotel or that I would be charged for missing towels. This is supposed to be an upscale hotel. We had to wear plastic bracelets so the staff would know we were patrons. Later found out that was bc they sell day passes to people not staying at Baldi. This made the hotel feel more like a water park then a hotel. Then the most disappointing, our room was literally at the edge of a construction site, 15 ft from our balcony. We had a green tarp as a view and listened to drills, hammering and sawing all day. We kept calling for things the room lacked; soap, take out menu and 2 of the allotted 4 towels. Umbrellas which were provided to all patrons were missing. Front desk refused to give us umbrellas insisting they were in our closet, they were not. Front desk man actually said he had been getting complaints about the construction & felt bad but his hands were tied. Manager never available to speak with. Forgoing $30 mini bar chg for having to deal with the construction would have made us feel better. Instead they nickel and dimed us to the end. This, my first ever negative review of a hotel!

The rooms were spacious yet over priced. The cocktails were good but not worth $20.

Wonderful and absolutely beautiful resort and rooms. Staff was fantastic and so nice. They didn’t recognize my VIP status at the spa or for room upgrade. Only thing I wished was our view from our balcony was a stricter due to construction. Otherwise absolute wonder hotel and I would definitely recommend spending time here

Our stay at Baldi Hot Springs resort was wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly and the hot springs were super cool and a great experience. The bar menu could use some diversity in options/pricing and the rooms could’ve been a touch cleaner. But would still love to return again!

It was incredible to stay! We were not aware how far from the entrance our room would be (building 5000). Overall incredible staff, close to La Fortuna, springs were amazing. Could not ask for a better stay!
