Beautiful place to stay, but the service in front desk is not friendly, the guys who work there don’t have a good service attitude, I got a really bad time trying to get check out lat because my flight was delayed and we needed a place to stay, definitely I think this hotel has many good things except the front desk staff

I don't want to be too negative, because in the end, my family had a wonderful Spring vacation in Punta Cana. Our room was spacious and the buffet restaurant was good with plenty of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The resort was also very accommodating to kids. However, there is construction on one side of the resort which is separated by a bamboo fence and there is sewer water running under the bamboo, causing the entire side of the resort to smell like sewer water. It was really bad. The front desk appeared to be understaffed and phone calls to them were often unanswered. During our stay the internet went out for approximately 24 hrs and the staff couldn't provide any updates or estimated time the situation would resolve. We ate 2 nights at the a-la-carte restaurants, but the service was too slow, especially with little kids, and orders ended up wrong or missing altogether. After the second disappointing night we agreed to go to the buffet each night for dinner. Fortunately, there was enough variety to keep things enjoyable there. The general consensus, in talking to other guest, was that everyone felt it was a very "affordable" resort. Given the price, I'm not overly disappointed with the experience, but we won't be returning.

Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und kompetent
Das Zimmer hat eine Moderne Ausstattung und einen großen Balkon besonders gut gefiel mir das die minimal jeden Tag mit wunschgetränken gefüllt wurde
Alles gesamt ein sehr tolles Resort ich kann es jeden nur empfehlen:)

Nous avons bien aimé ce resort. Le staff est extrêmement gentil. Pour tout les commentaires qui soulignent l'attitude de certains employés, je répond que ces gens manque grandement d'empathie. Travailler dans le monde du service à la clientèle, surtout dans le contexte d'un tout inclus avec des horaires intenses et des clients très demandant peut être érpouvant pour bien des employés et un sourire manquant parfois n'est pas une raison pour considérer l'équipe inadéquate. Au contraire, approchez le staff avec bonne humeur et politesse et ils vous rendront certainement la pareille et seront encore plus gentil et serviable. C'est donnant-donnant, un peu de civisme les touristes ! Sinon, la nourritures et les multiples options de restaurants sont vraiment top. Nous avons été plus que surpris. Je vous conseil néanmoins de réserver dès votre arrivée les restaurants en utilisant (vous-même) le code QR. La chambre et l'entretien étaient impeccables ! Nous avons aussi bien apprécié la plage. Nous sommes d'ailleurs allé marché à quelques reprises sur cette plage et avons constaté que le Serenade avait l'un des plus beaux emplacements du coin. Je vous conseil par contre de vous lever tôt pour y reserver vos chaises. C'est la guerre des réservations sur la plage, mais qui n'aime pas se développer une petite stratégie en vacances pour optimiser son plaisir ;) Encore une fois, il y a des algues dans l'eau, mais ça c'est l'océan qui parle, pas la faute du resort. Resort was beautiful , but the power kept going out. Addressed the staff acted like it wasn’t an issue and we should just deal with it. Also, multiple people on the beach had their personal items stolen. The resort lied to us about timeshares. We were trying to book our dinners and the resort presented us a timeshare. We proceeded to ask if this was a Timeshare pitch. And they stated absolutely not. It was just a tour of the property. When we got there, they tried to sell us a timeshare and refused to do any bookings until we listened to the whole presentation. When we stated that we were going to leave since we were not interested in a timeshare staff were crying and stating that if we did not buy our timeshares, they would lose their job because they were from Haiti, and made no money. And then proceeded to insist that that we please stay pleading with us to please just stay so they would not lose their jobs. This is absolutely unprofessional and uncalled for. I am going on a vacation to enjoy my time. I work very hard for my money. I will never visit this resort again and I highly encourage anyone else to please do not book here.
