Train station is within walking distance. Amenities are all available for self-collect at the lobby. Communication with the staff was a little confusing when I wanted to check if I could make a reservation for breakfast the next morning but the staff said it would be crowded...What I saw the next morning didn't seem to be fully occupied so it's puzzling. There was an indicator board that reflected the number of guests for breakfast (see photo) and there were not many. Apart from that, it was a decent stay.

Fantastic hotel! Great location- close to the train station and Kyoto towers. The staff is friendly and helpful. Room size is decent. We had 3 in our party, so 2 rooms. One with twin beds was actually double beds. They have a basket that you can take bath salts, cleaning cream, lotions.
Also have special pillows you can choose from. I like using my tempurdic and they had it! They also have a nice robe with buttons I used as my PJs!
Stayed 4 nights and would definitely recommend. Didn’t do the breakfast option so can’t say if that was good or not. Room had coffee and green tea. Close to Lawson’s
