Sehr bequeme Lage. Wanderweite zu allen Restaurants, Malls und Waren. Gute Zimmer mit geräumigen Wohnungseinrichtungen. Kann kochen und essen, wenn Sie wollen. Versorgt mit Kühlschrank, Kochen und einem elektrischen Koch.

Das Hotel ist sehr nahe am Flughafen Kuching. Das Zimmer ist sauber und gemütlich, sehr schönes Badezimmer mit heißem Wasser, Haartrockner, kostenloses WiFi. Unter dem Hotel gibt es wenige Restaurants. Wichtigste ist für den Preis von RM118, nichts mehr zu melden..

I like this hotel, location good, nearby all foods, only 7 mins to airport, and is very quiet. Just don’t have tooth brush and toothpaste 🤣 and wifi keep disconnect but overall still satisfied with it. I will still come back next time

Während der Kontrolle kam es mit einer großen Gruppe zusammen. Keiner verwaltet die Warteschlange und meine alten Eltern mussten warten, dass alle anderen zuerst in unserem Umlauf prüfen. Der Empfangsmitglied hat nicht den Boden angegeben, wo meine Eltern, erst später herausgefunden, dass sie uns auf verschiedenen Etagen gestellt haben, und weigerte sich, für uns Zimmer in die gleiche Etappe zu wechseln. Wir bleiben für 4 Nächte. Personal Einstellung ist schlecht. Die Zimmerschlüssel mussten jeden Tag validiert werden (die Empfänger hat uns nie erzählt) und der Schlüssel kann nur auf den Zimmerboden zugreifen, so dass wir eine Menge Unannehmlichkeiten. Nicht zu erwähnen, dass der Aufzug am ersten Tag mit jemandem ins Haus gefangen gebrochen und das Hotelpersonal schien keinen Sinn oder Dringlichkeit zu haben, das Problem zu lösen. Schreckliches Hotel mit schrecklichen Frontdesk. Ich empfehle niemanden hier zu bleiben.

I love RAIA hotel but if compared to the last 5 times we went the cleanliness has been regressed a little bit. If they can keep the hotel room more clean it will be a perfect hotel for us to stay in Kuching. Overall still very good in a very good condition.

Dieses Hotel ist komfort, weil es sauber, schneller Service und in der Nähe des Mini-Mart. Nur wenn Sie etwas brauchen, ist es einfach zu finden. Mehr über dieses Hotel liegt auch in der Mitte der Stadt so einfach zu gehen zu Mall oder was auch immer.

Our room had a high ceiling and the aircon worked well. Love the location as it’s close to all the important places like the airport and food joints. Actually the workmanship of the room can be improved but these are all negligible and didn’t affect our stay - perhaps they were rushing when building. The TV was a bit difficult to use. Overall, would book this hotel again next time.

The hotel is located next to Boulevard Shopping Mall with lots of shops, restaurants and food center. Hotel Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good but menu should be improved.

Gehen Sie hier letztes Wochenende wegen der laufenden Merdeka Verkäufe in Kuching,wie wir waren gemütlich.. Hotels, die rm50 sind, ist das, was wir suchen, Glücklicherweise passt dies unsere Rechnung für 3d2n,imho rm35 pro Nacht Gesamt für rm110 ist gut für das Geld.. Obwohl Sie müssen sich die Zimmer klein und klangfest ist ziemlich schlecht,buchstäblich, wenn Sie hier Sex planen, es einfach zu fliehen.. Weil Zimmer in der Nähe Kinder um und der andere Nachbar ist schütteln und wir hören es, aber alles andere ist vergebens angesichts des Preises ist CHEAP und Ohyeah gutes Essen ist überall, keine Sorge, sie haben 101 Lebensmittelgericht und Siang2 Ecke

A service that you wouldn’t be able to imagine. This apartment would be the last resort you would want to choose in Kuching. If it wasn’t because of imperial hotel that was fully book during my time of stay i wouldn’t be choosing this apartment ever and also because due to my lack of research of other hotels as well I was actually looking for a hotel with swimming pool for kids to enjoy and spend their time with. Other hotel was way too expensive for only 2 nights stay.. However, this complaint is truly just on their service provided. Not on the facilities.. It is fully because they have the worst real estate agent to manage these service apartments. LUCO VISION SDN BHD (agent name: Lily).. First asking for RM200 deposit which I totally understand but later ask for RM30.80 “Service Charged” even after I fully paid my fee through Agoda. When I ask for explanation on what kind of service charged is charge, but they couldn’t explain further none other than just mentioning “this is management T&C”. Thereafter I call Agoda for further explanation on this service charged and it come to my surprised that even Agoda were not aware of such servicing fee being charged on client. How funny is that? Later then the agent say i must pay no matter what if i wish to continue my stay, i mean i have already fully paid to Agoda on my stay of RM494.60. And so called service fee that is chargeable, they can’t even explain it. By the way if you are curious why m i so furious on this service charged is because they can’t even give a brief explanation to what service charge m i paying, everything here is self check in and they have laundry machine in the apartment but it was lock because i have to pay extra to use it and worst still there’s no drinking water provided. Least of it, when i complaint to them through WhatsApp and demanded to have a number to call, agent refused to give a number. Stating that i can only contact them through WhatsApp. What kind of service is that?? I can’t even ask for a number or have a person to talk about on this issue?? So yeah, not to even mention when i ask for early check in of 30 minutes and they say it is also chargeable at an amount of RM150.00.. in addition to that there’s literally no front desk at the lobby and we can’t even go anywhere else because our luggage would eventually be unattended.. everything here is charges charges charges.. I really don’t like wasting my time giving complaint through online platform but this kind of service from these real estate agent or so called properties agent really giving me difficult sleeping time and future guest should deserve to know this kind of service from these people. I am not the only person giving complaint on Imperial Apartment already. I have live apartment at Penang and other places, their services was way more better than i could better explain in words.
