Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Man ist mittig einen Steinwurf von der Altstadt entfernt und kann diesen fußläufig erreichen. Parkplätze vor dem Hotel sind knapp. Unser Fahrzeug wurde vom verantwortlichen Personal in ein nahe gelegenes Parkhaus verbracht und Stand am Abreisetag zur Wunschzeit pünktlich wieder da, ohne Mehrkosten der üblichen Parkpauschale. Die Zimmer im Altbau mit hohen Decken, sehr ansprechend gestaltet, Hohe Schlafqualität und ausreichend Platz. Lounge mit Bar ist sehr einladend und modern gestaltet. Frühstücksbuffet im Kellergeschoss mit großer Auswahl.

A review based only on a Spa experience. After a previous visit to Hotel Copernicus last year, we decided to return for a Spa day. The hotel is expertly renovated and stunning inside, boasting a modern interior whilst maintaining the charm of the historical building. The lobby is extremely charming. The hotel itself has 29 rooms and is in high demand, and it’s obviously to see why. The location is perfect with the castle just a minutes walk away. The main square is also easily accessible, about 5-8 minutes walk down the Main Street which is bustling with shops, attractions, and museums. Now, about the spa. This is located in the cellar of the hotel and is once again, finished to an extremely high standard. The cellars are accessible via both stairs and an elevator. The spa is not large by any means, and the low vaulted ceilings provide a very cosy and intimate environment. Your first view is a crystal clear-blue pool, which reflects the light across the ceiling and walls creating a mesmerising dance of the light. To the right is a small check-in desk and immediately behind this is a quaint changing area furnished with lockers, a sink area, and shower. The spa is affiliated with L’Occitane and so all the products are branded as such. As expected, these products are top-shelf and smell incredible. In the lockers, bath robes and slippers are provided, and towels are liberally placed around the spa for your convenience. As a male with size 11 feet, I stood no chance squeezing my spade-like feet into the dainty slippers. I asked for a bigger pair and was provided with an identical, one-size-fits-most pair. Needless to say, I was also unable to wear these but I am used to this so bought my own sliders for the occasion. Next, into the relaxation chamber. Two large reclining beds are located here, on the floor. Very comfy and relaxing environment. Many candles (electric imitations) are present and the atmosphere was so calm I lay down and had the most amazing Power Nap. Free water (bottled) is provided. There is also another shower with an assortment of yet more L’Occitane products. A small sauna in the corner was set to 99° Celsius - and certainly felt it. I managed to endure 10 minutes, but would struggle to stay longer due to the heat. The pool itself is relatively small, but the atmosphere is unparalleled. And due to the need to book a treatment to access the spa, was deserted. The pool itself is amazing, and although heated, is at body temperature. The real star of the show was the treatments. My partner and I both booked facial treatments. 60 minutes for approximately £70. Not exactly cheap by Kraków standards, but this was by far the most amazing experience. The smell of lavender and other essential oils was incredible. The masseur was equally brilliant and I left feeling the most relaxed and stress-free I have been in years. Probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, for the price. Seamless experience from start to finish. Staff are friendly but not over-bearing. Rooms are very comfortable and modern (the toilet is an experience)! Breakfast had more choice than a 5* cruise ship. The spa was beautiful and well maintained. The bar staff always friendly and helpful (thanks Poitr). It was our first time to Poland (from UK) and the staff really helped us to make the most of our trip. The hotel is well situated for the Christmas market and St Mary's Basilica too. Well worth paying the extra money to stay here because it is fantastic value. Huge thanks to you all and we will come back to Poland soon.

I loved the quiet location in the middle of the Krakow old town and the historical feel of this hotel. Its an absolute gem as far as quality boutique hotels go. The room was opulent and cosy, bedsheets crisp and the mattress just the right firmness. I loved the breakfast in the lovely big and light dining room. They also have a great restaurant on site, with a lovely home-made eastern-European cuisine. We had dinners there on both nights we stayed there. Highly recommend!

Das Zimmer ist groß und es gibt Plätze für Kisten, aber das Bett ist nicht groß, nicht weit von der Altstadt und dem Bahnhof entfernt, wahrscheinlich in der Mitte. Neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein Wintergarten, und es gibt immer Studenten des Wintergartens, die Klavier üben und schöne Musik ausstrahlen. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist nicht kaputt, es ist nicht zu kalt, das Zimmer ist feuchter, das andere ist in Ordnung, es gibt Frühstück, aber es gibt nicht viel Abwechslung zu essen

Great week vacation. Visited Krakow for a week vacation with another family. Beautiful hotel amazing views from the rooms. Rooms very clean with very nice design. Book a river view room with club lounge access. Great lounge with amazing afternoon beverage and snacks offering. The breakfast is the best ever had. Big variety and great service staff. The location Is the best in the city close to wawel castle and only some minutes walk from the main marker square. Krakow is beautiful city. Authentic buildings and many restaurants and cafes . Very friendly city for bike and walks.

Hotel is situated in the Jewish Quarter. Trams stop outside the hotel. Before arriving I contacted the hotel about transfer from the airport, pointing out we had a wheelchair. I had a reply from Karolina who gave details of the transfer but also saw we may need a disability room. She arranged this for us . The reception staff were very helpful. Rooms were kept clean and the buffet breakfast had plenty of variety. The room was large by European standards and carpeted. S good clothes cupboard and safe as well as additional drawers. Good sized bathroom too. We would stay here again if I Krakow. Thank you everyone who made our first visit to Poland a success.

Check in process could be reviewed as we didn’t receive any check in emails to show us what to do, so you have to walk around the corner to another hotel which is no problem as I did find this beforehand on a website but further instruction would be great. Overall was a great stay, would stay again.

After reading the other reviews online we were a bit apprehensive about the hotel. We were on a room only city break and can't really fault the hotel. There is no lift due to the older building but location was very good, very central to the restaurants/coffee shops. Room was neatly decorated, beds comfy, en suite clean, towels in room which did us for our time but if you need to change them you can ask at receiption, we asked to borrow a hairdryer, tea/coffee/kettle in room and asked for top up tea/coffee which was no problem for the young staff on duty. It is 24hour receiption and we were able to leave our luggage during the day to do some more sightseeing before departure. Really enjoyed our stay at Leone Aparthotel

After reading the other reviews online we were a bit apprehensive about the hotel. We were on a room only city break and can't really fault the hotel. There is no lift due to the older building but location was very good, very central to the restaurants/coffee shops. Room was neatly decorated, beds comfy, en suite clean, towels in room which did us for our time but if you need to change them you can ask at receiption, we asked to borrow a hairdryer, tea/coffee/kettle in room and asked for top up tea/coffee which was no problem for the young staff on duty. Hotel in einem ruhigen Bereich. Zimmer sind sauber und gut gepflegt. Die TV-Position könnte ein wenig anders sein, weil Sie müssen Ihren Kopf aus dem Bett zu werfen :) die Kartenschließung funktionierte nicht, Sie mussten die Tür zu dem Schlüssel zu schließen.Auch das bestellte Zimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, und ich hatte ein Zimmer mit zwei Betten einzeln, Aber es gab kein Problem mit den Betten.

Vor Monaten habe ich für den Geburtstag meiner Männer gebucht. Dieses Hotel über andere wegen der schönen Fotos. Leider ist unsere Wohnung klein. Das Schlafzimmer hat kaum genug Raum, um um das Bett zu schütteln und die Aussicht aus dem Schlafzimmer ist Klimaanlage in einem schräglichen Rückyard. Das Wohnzimmer ist mein Sohn aus dem Bett und einen Stuhl und Desk ziehen. Es sieht so traurig und so dunkel sogar in einem sonnigen Tag. Ich fragte die Rezeption, ob ich die Zimmer ändern könnte, aber es wurde ihnen gesagt, sie verstanden, aber konnten nicht helfen. Wie ich bereits sagte, ist alles sauber und in einer tollen Lage nur wissen, dass die Zimmer nicht alles, was sie scheinen. Wir sind in Zimmer 6 auf dem Boden.
