Had a greater experience with Gateway Resort, all hotel staffs are so helpful and kind to us. I really recommended to ppl who’s planning to go Kovalam do visit and be the guest of “Gateway Beach Resort” and have a royal stay.

Resort staffs are good including housekeeping staffs. The restaurant staffs, reception staffs all were very courteous and supportive. Rooms were big with balcony opening towards the ocean. AC in rooms have some issue which can be fixed.

Best hospitality. They have the best food and ambience too. This place is connected to nature and it is so close to the beach. They have great rooms too. Everything about this place is amazing and peaceful too.

Amazing view what else you can expect 200 m from beach and you will love this property We were staying in superior room sea facing and the view was just wow I would highly recommend to everyone to come to this place once and enjoy the vibes. All the best

It's a good place. Very close to the beach and other places. Good eating options around.
Staff is very good and helpful.
The condition of the hotel is not so great. Breakfast is very ordinary.
Overall, it's good for the price offered.

Brilliant hospitality and beautiful property. The staff is polite and friendly. Mr. Sunil makes you feel at home. The swimming pool and lawns are clean and well-maintenend. Friends and family seeking a peaceful time and beautiful view should definitely make their way to this resort.

The checkin was smooth though we checked in very late and the staff at reception was waiting for us for the Checkin before ending his shift which was very appreciated, kitchen staff was quick and food service was excellent.Rooms are clean and was the best specially ocean view rooms
