Nice condo and really nice stay , but its abit difficult fot a new driver to park inside the loft residence parking lot. U can hit the wall if you are not cautious.

Place is good, nice view, customer service friendly but most of the facilities not in good condition. The TV broken not showing picture, it make my children feeling upset. The kitchen lamp not working, laundry room lamp not working, the staffs and owner not checked place properly before check-in.

Overall this place was ok. Location wise it was superb but nothing is or will ever be perfect. I strongly suggest the hotel doesn’t provide chipped cups as we hv kids with us. The tv doesn’t work even tho they claimed tat it does. We’ve tried all channels nothing works. Last but not least d pool is great but too much chlorine in d water even after 3 washes my hair is still dry n tangly. Other than tat it was ok

They ask for a higher deposit which is higher than the room price rate and only return it back within 3 working days. Other than that u can get all u need just around the corner plus its took shorter time to KKIA Airport about less than 15 minutes
