Fantasia Hotel Apartments

There is no one in the hotel to greet you and when checking out. Two days in a row there was no hot water in morning to shower!!

A mixed Bag Great Location on five way crossroads All one way and just south east of city centre. Opposite a large bank/A** Above the fantastic cake shop indulgent restraunt. Four minute walk to nearest beach and lots of quality seafront restraunts. Another road leads into town 10 minutes away passing the Hospital includes following possible right turn to mini supmkt shop. The other directions take you towards the main centralish Bus station for travel to other resorts West of Island or the Airport bus.its less than ten minutes. or less if you take the short cut. Nearby to this bus station is Roman amphtheatre. The other routes takes you to the New Port Marina ? some ten minutes walk away. Even more beachesfollow on.You will never be short of an eating place, In three directions from here. You will also get a 7am wakeup bells from next doors Nerew Built church. Three rounds on sunday. Other good news is this solid appar**ent building has rooms on first to third floor via a marble spiral staircase which is unsuitable for the elderly..we struggled.NO LIFT. Also a No was the expected greeting upon artrtival.? Their is nobody 24/7 at the reception and its took 11 phone calls unanswered before finally the lady serving in the cake shop rang and got through. The supposed 5 minutes then stretched to 15. A frosty attitute followed because she blamed the ten minutes flight delay which was quickly rebuffed and not an acceptable attitude. . NOT a good start after 8 hours travel. Luckily we had room 105 which was 4 beds, The 2 white bedrooms were spacious enough and the main one with airconditioning which was almost a lifesaver. The limited kitchen was small in sizeand not really possible to cook a meal. This suited us. Phots show 2 ring electric rings , a kettle ,coffer perculater and great fridge. Cups saucers plates and glasses complete the report.Narrow balcony with chairs and tablewas usefull. Bathroom was about adequate for two people. . Includes shower but hot water was dubious to that. Needed better air extraction. Also available was small TV with thre English speaking channels inc BBC news and Bloomberg. As we booked this last minute at a bargain we could not complain and the fabulous elderly chamber maid was fantatic and a highlight. Helped a younger wife down that dangerous stairs. No real secure suitcase on leaving as checkjout is 11am. Thanks again the maid who cleaned daily. Also BAD is the description of garden area.Its a Stone tiled small truncated useless area with two overgrown pines and no chairs or sunbeds plus an iron gate enterance. See photo. PS KOS town is fabulous and a big surpise. I think Easyjet may be giving up on this one. Pity.

The appar**ent was filthy dead insects on the floor and bed side. There was dirty handprints all over the rooms. The only clean area was the fridge that was spotless. We stayed for 7 nights and ended up going into bodrum for an over night stay just to feel clean and comfortable. The Aircon was leaking I called easyJet who we booked with and they got in contact with the hotel as we couldn't they wouldn't answer the phone and the hotel is not manned at all they told us someone would come to look at it but they didn't turn up that night Instead they sent the maid the next day to look at it. The maid was lovely and we got clean towels daily but the room wasn't cleaned at all in 7 days and the bedsheet was straightned but not changed all our stay. I would not recommend these to a family maybe just for a night or two for a group of friends. There was people staying that where arguing at night and we couldn't get a hold of anyone at 3am to come and sort it out. I am trying to be as honest as I can here but I can't say much nice things about it apart from the maid was nice and the fella when we was checking in was nice also. The coffee shop bar under the appar**ent was lovely and we had food and drinks there every day. If you want a clean appar**ent then don't book here you get less for what you pay not get what you pay for. It is a 2 star and in my opinion I wouldn't even give it a 1 star. So to sum it up awful dirty place. But a good location

If you're on a budget you couldn't asked for more. The apar**ent was clean and basic but it had all you needed for a comfortable stay that is near Kos town and all the points of interest. oh there is also a fantastic Coffee house/restaurant right under the apar**ent block which offers exceptional food and treat a like.

This apar**ent must be removed from website. Because international customers arriving early morning or late at night will not be able to check in , we arrived early morning and we knew it that check in time was at 3pm, we went there with 2 children and there was no one at reception. It was closed with 2 phone numbers on the window so I called them and a lady with attitude came 35 minutes late with no sorry just lying that she was here before but left her keys. Another 3 ladies with a child arrived next day at around 9pm and they also waited there for more than half an hour. So be prepared for long wait. Apar**ent was very diry, hairs on the table , dirty kitchen table with sign of no cleanliness, bed sheets also dirty there was food crumbs on it and seems like they haven’t washed anything. What they charge for 1 night is not worth it at all, it’s not that cheap. So this hotel must be removed as soon as possible so that other customers will not face what we did. Ruined our holiday. Dirty

Good stay, fair for the Price

At the centre of all the history of kos (tree of hipocrates, kos Castle, roman odeon, roman gymnasium) all walkable and doable in a day.. If clubs are your thing their walkable also and quiet when you are at the hotel.. House keeping were amazing! you pay for what you get

Odaya giriş yaparken aradık onun üzerine birinden anahtarı alabildik. Onun dışında konumu çok iyi. Arabanız olmadan merkeze bir kaç dakika içinde inebiliyorsunuz. Binanın etrafı ağaçlarla çevrili olduğu için ayrı bi güzel. Yol gürültüsü rahatsız e**edi hiç. Otelin yanındaki kilisede tadilat olduğu için çan sesine de uyanmadık. Ancak otelin odaları bir nebze eski, temizlik konusu da fena değildi ancak banyosu ve balkondaki paslı klima motorları biraz daha bakımlı olabilirdi. Bir de otopark konusu biraz problemli . Rahatça otopark yeri bulduğumuz söylenemez .
