Stay was comfortable. Ambiance excellent. Rooms neat and tidy. Food is a problem. We reached after breakfast time and try to order for food. They said kitchen is closed will take order for lunch after 11. 30. This was the only issue they should have kitchen to cater needs of tourist. Quality of the served food is good no regrets. Over all happy with our booking.

Hotel stay comfortable with family and all local site sean under 25 km radius only nice view and with room small balcony nice view amd hot water available but as per them some time is there if early morning check out before 6 clock then no hot water,complimentary breakfast no much option 2 days stay don't take breakfast package better take outside hotel when go for site seen,my 2nd day breakfast hotel people confirm they will make my bread jam ready but that also not happen I ask reception he said speak to restaurant amd when ask restaurant they speak to speak in reception, no proper answer from any one ,and I have to escape my 2nd day breakfast bcoz of hotel staff and they charge me ,no manager who take responsibility for this,and no tea coffee maker in room.

All staff members including the manager were very much humble, polite and loyal. The rooms were also in very good condition and neat and clean.

I am a retired bank executive from thrissur. I booked delux room. Room was some what comfortable. Bathroom was too small. They charged extra for complimentary breakfast but the food was not worth for the extra charges and not good to eat. I will not recommend for anybody to stay there

1) Not comfortable bed. 2) no iron box. (Whole shares 1 ironing box) 3) not helpful staff. Giving reasons n excuses for all whatever u ask. 4)cold place but heater works only 3 hrs in morning 5) totally not recomended.
