Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Knoxville at Cedar Bluff, TN

The room we were in had an awful smell. But, they gave us a refund.

The property is very run down. Pool broke. The breakfast was very limited. Hallways were dirty and towels laying in the hallways. Smelt like Cannibus smoke and smoke in room

This property was obviously under some renovation but the there was a smoke stain on the walls the carpet was stained and the in room coffee makers were dirty in the water tank the hall walls were just in as bad of shape as the rooms I will definitely not be staying at this establishment anymore

Close to restaurants. But the entrance to the hotel was dirty and cigarette butts all over the ground, very dirty!

This hotel was aweful! It started off with my check-in. The girl at the front desk was a little rude to me. I went to my room and I noticed the carpet in the hallway was a mess. My room was not as clean as it should have been. There were nail holes the walls. The vanity in the bathroom looked like it had been chewed on. Bad patch job on the ceiling and my tv was fuzzy. Oh yeah, the toilet paper might as well have sandpaper. One of the employees told me about all of things that didn't work in the hotel! A lady I talked to on the elevator said she begged her insurance adjuster to get her out of the hotel! Breakfast in the morning was the topper. The room was dirty trash can overflowing. The tables needed to be cleaned. I got half a waffle out of the cup full of batter I got. The butter was in the fridge, so it wasn't spreadable. No water for oa**eal, and no way to heat it up. I will never stay there again!

This was our second stay within 30 days. Probably our last. Hotel is in need of updates. We couldn't control the heat/air, curtains were falling off and the bed was uncomfortable. The parking lot and surrounding area was dirty with trash.On a positive note, there was a hot breakfast.

It was a decent location for travel, close to the highway. The hallway carpet was a trip hazard, the bathroom ceiling had been started to be painted with paint all over the light fixture and the vanity was rather beat up.

Under the Radisson brand and the price point one expects far better. This property is dated, poorly maintained and a disappoin**ent. I chose and reserved a room paid in advance at this particular location because among the amenities listed is an indoor heated pool - it was actually closed with a sign on the door stating that it was out of service, without any prior notification. Upon this rainy afternoon arrival there were cones set to block vehicle access to the front entrance where one would typically temporarily park to check-in. Apparently someone’s vehicle was too high to clear the bay and hit the structure, damaging it. Instantly on entering into the lobby to check-in, I could smell the chemicals they use in the pool - which could be seen just a short distance beyond the front desk lobby area. The small indoor pool was filled with water, yet out of service with no explanation forthcoming as to why. The gentleman at the front desk was efficient and I was quickly checked in. The elevator was in good operation. It was the smallest standard cramped room on the floor, even the bathroom. It was also very hot 78 degrees continuously in the room despite turning the thermostat down. The beds were lumpy and not comfortable. The furnishings in general were worn. The room is in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint. There were even dead and live lady bugs in the room. The location didn’t look or feel safe.

The pool was closed (main reason we stayed at this hotel) and when we got to our room there were shoe prints on the bed and the fridge was not cleaned out, they did end up changing our room.
