We visited via Yorkshire Food guide offer - tasting menu, prosecco and B&B. House is stunning and the ambience very good quality. Beautifully decorated and gardens are worth a walk around too. Friendly but appropriate service. Room spacious, lovely views and very clean. 2 sizes of bathrobes in the room, which is good. Food was very good, £32 for a bottle of wine, which was reasonable in the setting. Service very good, and they add a service charge on to the bill. I had to ask about this, to ensure, servers were rewarded. Had to ask for the prosecco but was able to take up to the room, so a bonus. The only reason I gave this a 4, was the breakfast. It just wasnt' quite there, the beans weren't the hottest and although produce was obviously good quality, esp black pudding, it just missed something. However, will consider revisiting and have already recommended.
