Andrews Inn & Garden Cottages

After many years and many stays, The Andrews is still our go-to in Key West and couldn’t imagine staying elsewhere. We have been through a small handful of owners over the past several years and the most current ones have continued the tradition of excellent and attentive service. The local on site manager Izabella is attentive to your every need and Lazlo her assistant is always on hand with anything you may need while constantly cleaning and maintaining the property for the guests. We had a small minor inconvenience in our room and not only Izabella and Lazlo, but the owners as well became involved and resolved our issue quickly and beyond any expectations. We highly recommend this property and cannot wait to return this coming December as our usual. I am not a compensated reviewer as my previous reviews and comments over the past several years can be found. Thank you Andrews for another amazing stay.

This was our second time staying at Andrews inn. Both times we stayed on the first floor in Madrid overlooking the pool and gardens. It’s one of the most peaceful places and so close to everything on highly recommend this place every time you want to visit Key West.

Andrews Inn is THE best place to stay in Key West. Izabella, Michelle and staff are some of the most wonderful people and we were treated like royalty and family here. From the moment we arrived I knew we stepped upon heaven's gates... the greeting we received was warm and filled with excitement and joy. The staff members were all amazing, very accommodating... they actually go over and above to make sure your stay is comfortable and happy... breakfast was perfect... on time every single morning, fresh foods, a little different each day. The happy hour by the pool was more than satisfying... the pool is heated and always clean, plenty of seating outside... Room was clean and charming. Location is perfect, just off Duval and felt like right in the middle of the island. I will never be able to express in words how wonderful our stay was... it was the perfect getaway destination.

What a beautiful gem of a boutique hotel! I’ve stayed in two others in Key West and Andrews Inn is without a doubt the best! Sparkling clean, modern decor, new mattresses and thick towels were a plus to this charming retreat! Air conditioning in our room was great and we had our own private deck. A small refrigerator and ironing board were also in the room, along with a tv and pull-out sofa, perfect as we were a party of three. The 24-hour water, ice, and coffee machines were a plus. With the Hemingway House behind us and Duval right around the corner, this was a perfect location for our girls’ trip. At night, the place was so quiet you could hear a pin drop. The included use of bikes allowed us to get to Zachary Taylor Beach in minutes, and they were sturdy and comfortable. We loved the included daily breakfast (with different offerings each day) and the free daily happy hour from 2-4. By far, the most pleasant surprise of our stay was the hotel manager, Isabella. She was so attentive to every detail, from answering our questions to caring for the property as if it was her own. She made us immediately feel comfortable and at home, and she went out of her way to help us without even needing to ask - providing us maps, extra towels, information about the area and so much more. She prepared the daily breakfast and happy hour with care and a warm smile. Andrews Inn will always be our place to stay in Key West from now on!

This was 2nd visit to Andrew's Inn in Key West. We love it there. Isabella is so accommodating and willing to help out anyway possible. The grounds are beautiful and so well maintained. The pool was so relaxing and the perfect temperature. The room was clean and very comfortable. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We will definitely be coming back again!

We loved our stay at this Inn. So cozy and tropical, a true hidden gem. Very comprehensive breakfast too-when many in the area are only doing a continental breakfast. This was our 7th visit to Key West in the last ten years and this was one of our favorite visits. We will be back!

The Inn was spotlessly clean. Rooms are well appointed. The breakfast and happy hour offerings were varied and generous. The service was 10 out of 10. Isabella the general manager anticipates your every need and will only recommend things and places she has personally tried. If travel writers and magazines picked a person to award as the most customer service focused it would be Isabella
