I must say that from the first contact with the reception, everything went wrong. When we arrived, they didn't even welcome us. A blonde receptionist, who looked like she didn't feel like working, was the one who checked us in with a very bad tone. 1. Without prior warning, she made us pay directly for the car park, without asking us beforehand if we wanted to leave the motorbike in the car park for 20€ per day (we would not have paid for it as we could do it for free in the surrounding area). 2. Before booking, we asked if the dinner was buffet, menu or a la carte and the reception answered that it was a la carte. When we arrived at the hotel, every day it was basically a menu with a choice of two dishes (vegan dishes did not interest us). We were very annoyed by the false information. If we had known this, we would have taken breakfast only 3. During the booking, we ordered a bottle of sparkling wine which we asked to be in the room at the day of arrival. They didn't prepare it and I couldn't surprise my husband (however, they offered us 2 massages afterwards, which I appreciated). The truth is that the hotel is very nice, but the reception staff is not very well prepared. If you don't want to work, resign, but don't offer a bad experience to the guests because thanks to that, all my stay I had a bad feeling about the hotel and this will surely happen with other guests too. I am a hotel receptionist too and I know what I am talking about. Sometimes we have difficult days, but the blonde girl didn't seem to have a difficult day, she just doesn't want to work and that is reflected in bad service. We certainly won't be back.

TV. lodówka, zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty, codziennie uzupełniany oraz bez limitu super woda mineralna. Czystość bez zarzutu. Panie sprzątające codziennie służą pomocą i spełniają. Obsługa w recepcji bardzo miła. Posiłki w postaci bufetu bardzo obfite i dość urozmaicone, z kawą, herbatą i sokami, owoce i ciasto. Naprawdę można się najeść do oporu i nikt nie powinien narzekać. Dodatkowe ręczniki. Trzy działające sauny: sucha fińska, parowo-ziołowa i parowa. Poza tym wszystko było OK. Na miejscu bar serwujący schłodzone piwko i drinki. WIFI w pokoju działa bez zarzutu. Von Anfang an ist der Aufmerksamkeitspunkt ein freundlicher Service. Im Rezeption, im Restaurant, während des Services. Das Zimmer ist groß, sauber, mit schöner Aussicht. Das Hotel ist nicht einer der modernsten, sondern es ist sein Charme. Ein großes Zimmer, ein großes Bett. Von der Frage der Krankenpflege würde ich eine konstante Zugabe von Wasser (ein wenig Sache und Freude) und möglicherweise eine Erweiterung mit mehr Sockets hinzufügen. Frühstück ist sehr gut, es gibt eine Wahl. Stellen Sie sich bitte den Service für ein gepflanztes Ei oder Kaffee oder Tee. Im Zimmer ist ruhig, was ein zusätzlicher Plus ist. Ich möchte hier zurückkommen. Der große Plus ist ein kleiner Anteil von Gästen mit Kindern.

Hotel dobrze zlokalizowany, fajna czesc spa. Jedzenie dosc smaczne i urozmaicone, jrdnak nie zawsze wystarczyło dla każdego. Basen, aquapark zdecydowanie wymaga odnowienia, sauny bardzo fajne , ale aquapark dosc ciemny i wymaga chyba odnowienia. Obok hotelu boisko, w samym hotelu siłownia z super widokiem. Pub w porzadku, brakuje jednak możliwosci zjedzenia czegos do piwa, kregle ok. Obsługa była w wiekszosci miła
