A really good clean hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. A short way from the main road but at the end of a small road and above the hussle and bustle of traffic. We had a balcony overlooking the lake and hills and greenery of Kandy. Watched the comings and goings of the many different birds in the morning and evening. A lovely little swimming pool to cool off in after a days excursion. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

We spent one night in this hotel and everything was great. We had a fantastic dinner at our arrival, we slept well, the breakfast was very good and with a lot of choices and the swimming in a plus. The reception guy is very kind, helpful and polite. We recommend this place without doubts.

Had a comfortable stay. Walking distance to the lake. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rates are reasonable and provide value for money. The variety of food was adequate. Clean environment. There is no swimming pool.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, staff are excellent. The breakfast offers lots of options including fruit, toast, eggs, yogurt, sausages, fruit juice and tea or coffee. An easy walk into town around the lake. Beds are very comfortable, hot showers. Would recommend

The bed covers,pillow cover, blankets were used and not changed. It took an hour for the manager to change them. The room was not cleaned after the previous guest had left. There were small insects in the bathroom and wash basin. There was unhealthy smell in the bathroom. Next day morning the hot water stopped coming. They cited some technical issue. We asked for separate hot water in a bucket, they took 20 min to provide the water but in tiny buckets but nothing to pour the water, it was strange how the manager couldn't figure or anticipate our requirement. Everything we asked for took 20-30 minutes with only 3 guests in the hotel. In short, it wasn't a good experience atal. Not worth the money and hygiene that is a must. The location is good but if you haven't booked a breakfast or dinner with them, there aren't any restaurants closeby.

Il s'agit d'un établissement situé sur les hauteurs, à proximité immédiate du lac. Et à 15 minutes à pied du centre de Kandy. La décoration est soignée et chaleureuse. . Le personnel de réception, de service et le manager sont accueillants, professionnels, d'une disponibilité exemplaire. . La salle des petits-déjeuners est agréable, le mobilier a tendance exotique est cossu. Il est possible de prendre le petit déjeuner sur une petite terrasse tropicale, avec vue sur le lac. . # Le petit déjeuner est varié, copieux. Il peut être continental ou sri-lankais. Il est servi en salle. . # La chambre numéro 22 : • Elle est située au 2e étage avec une vue sur le lac. • Elle dispose d'un petit balcon. • Le volume est spacieux. Il est efficacement et harmonieusement meublé. • Elle dispose de la climatisation et d'un ensemble d'équipements fonctionnels ( téléviseur lcd, bouilloire, mini-réfrigérateur, coffre-fort). • La wifi 5G est disponible, fonctionnelle. • Le lit kingsize est doté de 2 matelas jumeaux juxtaposés. Un peu trop souple. Je pense qu'il s'agit de la combinaison de critères de fabrication et d'usure. • Le linge de lit en coton (taies d'oreillers et draps) est de bonne qualité et propre.  . # La salle de bain : • Elle dispose d'une cabine de douche, d'un lavabo et de toilettes. L'ensemble est propre. • Le linge de toilette est propre en quantité suffisante. Afin de garantir la justesse du tarif. L'établissement doit être plus vigilant et absolument maintenir ses efforts en ce qui concerne : • l'entretien et le maintien en l'état des équipements hôtelier ( accessoires de salle de bain, literie); • le nettoyage systèmatique et courant des petits équipements (mini-réfrigérateur, bouilloire,... ).

Accueil très sympa petit déjeuner très très très copieux. Le réceptionniste prashanthan était très sympa et a fait beaucoup d'efforts pour nous parler. Les chambres sont confortables. L'hôtel reçoit malheureusement comme tous les hôtels au Sri Lanka très très peu de monde à cause du COvid
