Wir waren über das Wochenende im Juli 2020. Hotelinformationen in trip.com zeigten, dass Kinder unter 11 Jahren frei sind. Daher kann ich bei der Buchung auf der Website nur Informationen für Erwachsene eingeben. Aber nachdem ich mich am Tag des Beitritts mit dem Hotel verbunden hatte, erfuhr ich, dass sie mich für meine 3 und 6 Jahre alten Töchter überfordern werden. Also habe ich im Hotel 388 TL mehr bezahlt. (Hauptzahlung war 1660 TL). Ich denke, trip.com muss falsche Informationen zum Hotel korrigieren. Neben diesem Hotel nicht schlecht. Kann aber nicht 5 Sterne sagen. . 3 oder vielleicht 4 Sterne. Auch haben weniger Leute wegen der Regeln zur Pandemie, Pool herum war Gedränge, manchmal kaum Platz gefunden. Sachen waren sehr freundlich. als allgemeines Hotel sauber. Lebensmittel durchschnittlich. Kinderclub war wegen Pandemie geschlossen. Hotel am Meer, aber keinen Sandstrand. Landschaft großartig.

I travelled to TNR Boutique Hotel and Spa Kusadasi (Turkey) from 12th - 19th April 2023 as my daughter was having her teeth done. It is 1.25 journey by taxi costing £45 from Izmir airport to this hotel. We arrived about 1pm and met a very nice young man who duly checked us in and allotted our rooms we had 2 separate rooms. They both had sea view and were lovely but we were 1.5 miles from nearest beach Ladies beach I believe the photo on the TNR website is very like Ladies beach in high season be aware this beach is a good 25 mins walk from hotel. I cannot understand some reviews by tripadvisors around same time advising about how good the dinner was there is no evening meal available in this hotel There are some restaurants Kusadasi I was not impressed at all but would highly recommend Kosmu near the sea excellent food ,made feel welcome and great service steak was par excellence thanks. The hotel has a pool but there was no water in it (do have a laugh()I believe the day I left they were filling it so cannot comment on it there is a Spa which I never saw i was informed that the jacuzzi was out of action and could have treatments and use of what ever was actually up and running so I was so disillusioned with my experience that I passed on this one. it was one negative after another. breakfast was the exact same for my 7 days olives,3 chesses, bread and butter and jam honey , a boiled egg cold and so dry it caused me to cough, Turkish tea. We did not have it each day. this was served in an adjoining room called Castrell we paid 3 liras each for fresh orange juice it was nice. The smell of waste from the drains was appalling . When I went to reception the usual reply was ' little English but when I disputed the issue 'they were quick to defend. They were not friendly or business like or helpful. I enquired about the shuttle service how its works and the manager Nigor ( my apologies if I got the spelling wrong) admitted they could arrange a tranfer for approx £120 . We got Kale taxis (£45 ) Their profile on Booking .com which we booked through was so misleading as I have outlined above. They charged my daughter for soiled sheets £15 which was an insult and actually took photos of the sheets and passed the photos around from domestic staff to receptionists to manager this was an invasion of privacy as our solicitor has called it. I cannot say any more as we have left it in our solicitor hands but they are ruthless . I have travelled many places all over the world as have not come across any people as greedy and griping like I did in Turkey, the men were tormenting and condescending especially towards women . Avoid Murphys on the Port as 4 men tried to make me pay for my meal twice because the young man who dealt with my bill actually had no paper in the machine except a tiny bit it came up on my phone the amount I paid . Hallo.we sind im Hotel vom 6. Oktober bis 12. Oktober 2023 . Ich gebe 5 Sterne wegen Animation. Das Animationsteam war sehr willkommen und wir hatten die Chance, gute Zeit wegen der Gesellschaft zu verbringen. Die Lage. Es war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war perfekt sauber und wir liebten es. Das Personal war sehr hart arbeitend und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind etwas alt, die meisten Abteilungen des Hotels waren wahrscheinlich geschlossen, weil wir sehr spät zum Ende der Saison kamen. Es gibt viel mehr Snacks und Essen im letzten Monat. Das Wetter war gut für das Schwimmen. Das Essen ist nicht das Beste. Sein Durchschnitt und es gab viele türkische Lebensmittel für uns. Ich hoffe, dass Sie viel mehr daran arbeiten. Aber ehrlich gesagt war es ein guter Urlaub und dank SULO UND TENDAI aus dem Animationsteam

Sie verkaufen WiFi - es gibt eigentlich keine WiFi überall. Auch wenn das Netzwerk zuweilen erreicht wurde (aber fast nie aus unserem Zimmer), gab es nahezu Nullgeschwindigkeit. Glücklicherweise haben viele Restaurants ihre Passwörter geteilt und wir könnten relativ mit der Welt vernetzt bleiben. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und vielfältig, in einem Wort ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich, typisch ausgezeichnete türkische Erfahrung.

Ich war zwei Jahre hier mit meiner Verlobten für meine zweite Zeit. Das ist ein wunderschönes Hotel mit schönen Aussichten von oben des Hotels, wo Sie sich aus sitzen oder auf den Sonnenstuhl und den fabulösen Sonnenbetten mit schönen Schutz, wo Sie sich in Komfort und Frieden entspannen können und nicht zu erwähnen fabulös sauber pool. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und der Hygiene- und Zimmerservice ist sehr gut. Das Schlafzimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und wir hatten frische Handtücher und Toiletten. Wir werden sicherlich für unser drittes Jahr zurück sein. Vielen Dank für einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im rosa Suite Hotel bis nächstes Jahr die Pflege. Empfehlen Sie dieses Hotel 100%.

Sie verkaufen WiFi - es gibt eigentlich keine WiFi überall. Auch wenn das Netzwerk zuweilen erreicht wurde (aber fast nie aus unserem Zimmer), gab es nahezu Nullgeschwindigkeit. Glücklicherweise haben viele Restaurants ihre Passwörter geteilt und wir könnten relativ mit der Welt vernetzt bleiben. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und vielfältig, in einem Wort ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich, typisch ausgezeichnete türkische Erfahrung.

Wir waren über das Wochenende im Juli 2020. Hotelinformationen in trip.com zeigten, dass Kinder unter 11 Jahren frei sind. Daher kann ich bei der Buchung auf der Website nur Informationen für Erwachsene eingeben. Aber nachdem ich mich am Tag des Beitritts mit dem Hotel verbunden hatte, erfuhr ich, dass sie mich für meine 3 und 6 Jahre alten Töchter überfordern werden. Also habe ich im Hotel 388 TL mehr bezahlt. (Hauptzahlung war 1660 TL). Ich denke, trip.com muss falsche Informationen zum Hotel korrigieren. Neben diesem Hotel nicht schlecht. Kann aber nicht 5 Sterne sagen. . 3 oder vielleicht 4 Sterne. Auch haben weniger Leute wegen der Regeln zur Pandemie, Pool herum war Gedränge, manchmal kaum Platz gefunden. Sachen waren sehr freundlich. als allgemeines Hotel sauber. Lebensmittel durchschnittlich. Kinderclub war wegen Pandemie geschlossen. Hotel am Meer, aber keinen Sandstrand. Landschaft großartig.

Ich war vom 09.12 bis 11.12.2022 in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel ist freundlich und sehr sauber. Das Team im Restaurantbereich, insbesondere die Frau Tugba und Herr Ali sind sehr aufmerksam und sehr gastfreundlich. Dafür einen herzlichen Dank ‼️ Wenn ich mal wieder in Kusadasi bin, dann aufjedenfall wieder im Palmin Hotel 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Gruss Ünal Ay

I travelled to TNR Boutique Hotel and Spa Kusadasi (Turkey) from 12th - 19th April 2023 as my daughter was having her teeth done. It is 1.25 journey by taxi costing £45 from Izmir airport to this hotel. We arrived about 1pm and met a very nice young man who duly checked us in and allotted our rooms we had 2 separate rooms. They both had sea view and were lovely but we were 1.5 miles from nearest beach Ladies beach I believe the photo on the TNR website is very like Ladies beach in high season be aware this beach is a good 25 mins walk from hotel. I cannot understand some reviews by tripadvisors around same time advising about how good the dinner was there is no evening meal available in this hotel There are some restaurants Kusadasi I was not impressed at all but would highly recommend Kosmu near the sea excellent food ,made feel welcome and great service steak was par excellence thanks. The hotel has a pool but there was no water in it (do have a laugh()I believe the day I left they were filling it so cannot comment on it there is a Spa which I never saw i was informed that the jacuzzi was out of action and could have treatments and use of what ever was actually up and running so I was so disillusioned with my experience that I passed on this one. it was one negative after another. breakfast was the exact same for my 7 days olives,3 chesses, bread and butter and jam honey , a boiled egg cold and so dry it caused me to cough, Turkish tea. We did not have it each day. this was served in an adjoining room called Castrell we paid 3 liras each for fresh orange juice it was nice. The smell of waste from the drains was appalling . When I went to reception the usual reply was ' little English but when I disputed the issue 'they were quick to defend. They were not friendly or business like or helpful. I enquired about the shuttle service how its works and the manager Nigor ( my apologies if I got the spelling wrong) admitted they could arrange a tranfer for approx £120 . We got Kale taxis (£45 ) Their profile on Booking .com which we booked through was so misleading as I have outlined above. They charged my daughter for soiled sheets £15 which was an insult and actually took photos of the sheets and passed the photos around from domestic staff to receptionists to manager this was an invasion of privacy as our solicitor has called it. I cannot say any more as we have left it in our solicitor hands but they are ruthless . I have travelled many places all over the world as have not come across any people as greedy and griping like I did in Turkey, the men were tormenting and condescending especially towards women . Avoid Murphys on the Port as 4 men tried to make me pay for my meal twice because the young man who dealt with my bill actually had no paper in the machine except a tiny bit it came up on my phone the amount I paid . Our agency in istanbul booked this hotel for us. it is very good. but they need some improvements in cleaning. but we still appriciate their efforts and give them 5 star, we had land view room but we didn't like it, then we contacted with tour agency they talk with hotel and gave us sea view room and didn't charged anything extra, we are thankful to this hotel staff and tour agency in istanbul

Ich war zwei Jahre hier mit meiner Verlobten für meine zweite Zeit. Das ist ein wunderschönes Hotel mit schönen Aussichten von oben des Hotels, wo Sie sich aus sitzen oder auf den Sonnenstuhl und den fabulösen Sonnenbetten mit schönen Schutz, wo Sie sich in Komfort und Frieden entspannen können und nicht zu erwähnen fabulös sauber pool. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und der Hygiene- und Zimmerservice ist sehr gut. Das Schlafzimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und wir hatten frische Handtücher und Toiletten. Wir werden sicherlich für unser drittes Jahr zurück sein. Vielen Dank für einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im rosa Suite Hotel bis nächstes Jahr die Pflege. Empfehlen Sie dieses Hotel 100%.

Hallo.we sind im Hotel vom 6. Oktober bis 12. Oktober 2023 . Ich gebe 5 Sterne wegen Animation. Das Animationsteam war sehr willkommen und wir hatten die Chance, gute Zeit wegen der Gesellschaft zu verbringen. Die Lage. Es war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war perfekt sauber und wir liebten es. Das Personal war sehr hart arbeitend und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind etwas alt, die meisten Abteilungen des Hotels waren wahrscheinlich geschlossen, weil wir sehr spät zum Ende der Saison kamen. Es gibt viel mehr Snacks und Essen im letzten Monat. Das Wetter war gut für das Schwimmen. Das Essen ist nicht das Beste. Sein Durchschnitt und es gab viele türkische Lebensmittel für uns. Ich hoffe, dass Sie viel mehr daran arbeiten. Aber ehrlich gesagt war es ein guter Urlaub und dank SULO UND TENDAI aus dem Animationsteam
