Nice property, rooms ok but not great, could need a refurbish Staff is totally disinterested, offering virtually no service (esp at the pool), if service is offered it is slow Certainly not up to the quality of other Relais Chateaux

Mas des Herbes Blanches is perfectly situated to discover the beautiful Luberon region, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful ambiance. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel’s design blends rustic charm with modern comfort, making for a relaxing stay. The service, however, could use some improvement—particularly by the pool, where there was a noticeable lack of staff to take orders.

酒店景觀非常漂亮，服務也還不錯！打掃及時！訂的房間帶客廳，非常適合度假！可惜每天都在外面玩，沒能享受到酒店的泳池！

房間一般酒店也不大在山谷裏，旁邊另一家羅蘭夏朵的有米二餐廳可能酒店稍微大一點，但都屬於小而美。秉持一貫羅蘭夏埵的風格優秀農家樂。

這家酒店很有意思，車子開到門口了，即找不到門，也看不到人，而導航顯示就在這裏了，我們反覆地找，車子慢慢地接近門口，門慢慢地自動開啟了。進入后里麪停滿了豪車，讓人體會到所謂的“低奢”。

酒店環境非常舒服，位置福特，房間舒適～

Die Unterkunft und die Lage sind sehr schön. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr nett! Leider gab es bei den Suiten keine Sonnenliegen. Der Poolbereich ist , für ein R&C , etwas lieblos . Generell wäre ein 2. Pool wünschenswert bei der Anzahl von Gästen und vielen Kindern ( wurde schon mehrfach erwähnt).

Die Unterkunft war traumhaft - alles andere war enttäuschend. Ich habe noch nie so ein unverschämtes Personal angetroffen.

Wir haben dieses Hotel vor einigen Jahren regelmäßig für ein paar Tage besucht und uns damals sehr wohlgefühlt. Das war vor der Vergrößerung des Hotels, hier hat es leider nach unserer Meinung vom früheren Ambiente eingebüßt. Der Pool ist für die große Anzahl der Gäste zu klein, es gibt zwar mehr Servicepersonal als früher, jedoch ist der Service schlechter geworden. Im Restaurant mussten wir lange warten, allerdings war die Küche ausgezeichnet, ein großes Lob an den Koch! Zusammenfassend ist der Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gegeben, und wir werden dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

This is our third time at the hotel and it was every bit as amazing as we remembered. We stayed in a semi private swimming pool room which was stunning. It’s a large one bedroom suite and the rooms are very large. Stunning bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower. Swimming pool is lovely and heated. Very nice length and there is a divide in the water as well as on top to the room next door. Only slight issue was the wooden decking which needs replacing as I managed to get a massive splinter in my toe. Staff were great in helping me remove it and sent a complimentary bottle of wine. Issue of wasps at breakfast is slightly reduced but none of the fresh food such as meats and cheeses were covered so flying insects do like to sit and have a free feed. I would expect a covering of some sort given the prevalence of wasps. The view at breakfast is breathtaking and spectacular. We had lunch during our stay at the pool side restaurant which was delicious and the Caesar salad was a firm favourite as well as the delicious strawberry tart. We used the spa which was nice. Overall a fabulous visit again and I am sure we will be back!

Our third stay at this delightful hotel which was, once again, wonderful. The room was superbly appointed and very comfortable, the spa and pool area were very good - light and airy with picture windows and a stunning view from the loungers. There aren’t many saunas in the world with that sort of amazing view. Breakfast on the top terrace was very pleasant.

Great place to stay!! Great view, great rooms, warm and friendly staff. I would give 6 stars if I could. We stumbled on this place after 40 hours with no sleep, when the villa we rented turned out to be unsuitable (insects infestation). We were ready to settle for anything with a bed, but were surprised to find this gem. Liked it so much we extended our stay. C’est magnifique!

Best hotel, with a beautiful view on the Luberon and very calm. Helpful people. Nice to be there! Highly recommended!
