Good hotel

We recently attended an exhibition, and the location of this hotel couldn’t have been more convenient – just across the street from the exhibition center. This made our stay incredibly practical. The hotel is in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still just a 15-minute drive to the main attractions, which was perfect for us. The staff was genuinely friendly and attentive. A special mention to the young lady at the reception (unfortunately, I don’t remember her name), who handled both my check-in and check-out. She had an exceptionally calm and soothing voice, which made the whole process feel effortless – a small detail, but one that really stood out. As expected from an IBIS, it’s not a luxury hotel, but the rooms were clean and comfortable, with daily housekeeping that kept everything in great shape. The breakfast was plentiful, with a wide variety of options, and the meeting room was perfect for our business needs – spacious, well-equipped, and with attentive staff who made everything run smoothly. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, friendly service, and practical amenities. It’s also just a short walk from a shopping mall with Starbucks, Highlands Coffee, and other great spots to unwind. If you’re in town for an exhibition, this is definitely the place to stay. Thanks to the IBIS team for making our trip so seamless!

Not value for money , tiny rooms , breakfast very poor , over all no recommendation for this

Traveled to see a concert at the SECC and this hotel was PERFECT. Clean, comfortable, and a very easy walk. Lots of good food and coffee around. Staff was also super friendly and helpful the whole time.

Very nice and good service

The location is not too far from the city center. The breakfast had a good selection.

This is a pocket- size double bed room. Small space, small bed, small restroom. No instructions of using telephone, Buttons on AC control panel are covered. The auto door cannot close automatically. I am sure my room were broke into when I was absent, as my two large luggage zip were open. Really disappointed

Great location, very close to the exhibition center. Good breakfast selections, having both western and local food (including Pho). Bed is a little bit hard, not the most comfortable one I had but it is acceptable. The front desk asked the staff to check room when I was checking out. I guess it is a common thing in Vietnam? But it may cause some extra time. ( my colleague and I waited about 10 minutes) So maybe people need to come to the front desk early during the peak time.

Near the exhibition centre, downstairs have 7-11 and ok shop , lot of restaurants .
