Laguna Praia Hotel

Breakfast and staff were wonderful. Room was poor. No chair to sit in. Bathroom was miniscule and in need of upgrading.. Good water pressure and lots of hot water.

Our recent stay in this property was terrible from the start. We arrived shortly after midnight due to a flight cancellation. We were not made aware of the fact that a failed water pump on the property caused a loss of water service to the entire hotel (one of several water interruptions during our stay). To be clear, this was not an interruption in water service by the city. This was the result of a pump failure in the hotel. Upon arriving to our room after a long travel day, someone uses the bathroom only to find out that the toilet doesn’t flush and the fan in the bathroom is broken. The toilet tanks are not accessible so what is there remains until water is restored. The room photos do a masterful job of overselling outdated, worn furniture, uncomfortable beds and linens, etc. The pool pump is barely functional at best resulting in cloudy grey water filled with floating chunks of presumably sand and dirt. We scheduled a meeting with the manager to discuss our dissatisfaction. The manager arrived 45 minutes late, shrugged his shoulders, and said “sorry for the inconvenience, there is nothing we can do.” That day, we returned to our room after touring the area all day to get ready for dinner, and again - no water. That said, the hotel is in a great location and the restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. For those who are familiar, think of this property as a Motel 6 in a great beach location. If you have that in mind when you arrive, you’ll be satisfied.

Great location for tourists. Older hotel, but in okay condition. Very friendly staff, good breakfast. No Wifi issues.

Nossa quinta hospedagem no Laguna! Nos sentimos em casa! Com certeza o atendimento do hotel faz toda diferença. Equipe sempre pronta para atender com todo carinho e atenção. Café da manhã fantástico e com muitas variedades! Restaurante serve pratos a la carte maravilhosos e muito saborosos e atende na piscina. Limpeza do quarto e do hotel nota 10! Enfim, mais uma vez muiiito obrigada e até a próxima!!

O hotel tem um ótimo café da manhã (o melhor que vi entre as últimas hospedagens por onde passei). É super completo mesmo! Como pontos a serem melhorados, colocaria uma maior atenção às reservas. Solicitei um quarto com cama de casal e me colocaram em um com duas camas de solteiro, que depois precisaram ser juntadas. Além disso, no check in, queriam tirar uma cópia do meu documento de identidade, colocando isso como condição para que eu me hospedasse no espaço. Eu expliquei que isso é ilegal, pois não tenho obrigação de autorizar. Não deixei de fornecer nenhum dado de cadastro, mas não sou obrigado a aceitar ter uma cópia do meu documento registrada no sistema do hotel. Após a conversa, a minha entrada foi liberada, sem mais problemas.

Boa como sempre o Laguna é um velho conhecido que nunk deixa a desejar mas o único ponto negativo foi a cortina do nosso quarto que estava imunda mas creio que foi culpa de hóspedes antes de nós só isso tenho a pontuar

Razoável. Pacote carnaval um absurdo. Pessoal muito simpático e solícito, em sua maioria. Café da manhã, apesar da grande variedade, itens pouco saborosos. Bem repetitivo. Limpeza nos quartos quase não existe. Piscina pequena. São bem inflexíveis quanto a necessidade de late check-out. Custo benefício não compensa.

Hotel de boa qualidade, mas o restaurante tem pouca variedade, muito barulho até tarde da noite e o wifi é péssimo. Funcionários prestativos e educados.
